16Went in to deposit foreign currency, but apparently this was something that nobody in the branch could take care of. That confused me, as you would think a bank could take cash deposits.
If you 2 hours to spare and prefer to wait in line to deposit a check, then this is the bank for you. 6 counters for tellers, most of the time they have 1 teller on staff. You need to make an appointment for a notary and they charge bank customers a service fee for the notary. I am moving my all of my business, personal and non-profit accounts to another banking institution. They are just plain awful.
Literally waited 30 minutes for a personal banker. No one greated me. Went over and asked for help. They sat there and spoke to each other for another 15 minutes. Walked out.
Always slow one teller all the time.never had good experience. Looking to move to new bank.
The teller was unpleasant and made me feel like it was a burden to help me. It was very obvious that she did not want to be at work.
They should close this branch, very very very bad service. And you got to watch your money because it's easy they can get some

Line out the door, 3 people behind the counter and only one working, then the manager pulls the teller away.

I made an online account to open up a new business account. Got to this branch 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. No one was available to inform them that I was there for an appointment. 20 minutes later when they showed up and I told them I was there for a scheduled appointment they made me wait another 20 minutes then they told me that they want to reschedule because no one was available. I would give this branch negative stars if I could
I work at Domino's Pizza. We do our banking through Bank of America. The bank closest to my store location is closed. This is the next closest location. I have requested a deposit key from them to make my deposits at this location. Over a month ago. Have not received any type of response from them about said deposit key. Try to call them. No one answers. It makes it extremely difficult to drop off deposits. When there is no deposit key. And you work during their open business hours.
I don’t need to call this bank often by when I need to I don’t EVER get anyone to answer. Then I drive to the bank and wait! Such a irritation.
Alot of useless workers! They’re not @ work to help people. I will be changing my bank immediately.
Every single time I come in here is a 30 to 40 min wait to get service. Moving my money to a bank that cares Monday. Midfirst here I come.
I literally called several times each day this week and not once received an answer. That’s really ridiculous! I started calling Monday & it’s now Thursday and I can’t get ahold of anyone.
You should cross train your employees! It would be very beneficial to have the 4 people walking around assist the one person cashing checks on Fridays. If you want more people to use the app, the funds shouldn’t be held for so long, especially when the check is issued by B OF A
If y’all don’t get your life together. There’s rarely more than 2 people behind the counter and today there was only 1. And there last a whole alarm going off by the door with absolutely no one saying anything.
