14I don't know a lot about this bank. The few times I've been in it, my experience was fine. The tellers are nice enough, and they seem to be quite knowledgeable. The ATM is pretty cool in that it lets you select the denomination of the bills it dispenses when you get cash. But be warned: if you aren't an account holder and want to cash a check (e.g. Payroll, insurance, etc.) drawn on a BOA account, it will cost you $8. Excuse me? Yep. $8. That seems a little much to me.
The ATM machine took 1300 dollars and didn’t deposit into my account. I called dozens of times and gone into the branch multiple times and I’ve gotten no help. I took pictures of when it happened and BoA says I can’t be found on camera! Now my account is negative and the bank insist I pay it.crooks
Waited half an hour to deposit a check. Teller so rude, won't make any eye contact, no greeting, no thank you, no smile. Won't use this branch ever again!
Don't make an appointment here. If you need to change it, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a person on the phone. I've called 15 times (not a joke) and it simply rings and says everyone is busy, then hangs up. Pathetic.
Place is trash, need more than one teller so you don't wait an hour in line. Get it together and have at least two tellers.
Worst BofA in Tucson. Terrible customer service no manager available. Takes a week to meet with a banker.
Considering people need jobs I’m absolutely floored that this bank continues to hire only ONE teller when there are more than 10 people in line! I’ve banked here for 5 years now and it’s grown progressively worse. The woman who appears to be in charge saunters around, occasionally glances at the folks in line and never says a word—not so much as a “Hello” or “so sorry for the wait. ” When I finally got to the teller yesterday I asked, “Doesn’t it make you anxious having all these customers wait for you so long? ” “No, ” she replied. “I don’t think about it. ” Indeed.
They are supposed to be open until 4pm, but I got there before 4pm today and they had already locked the door. The young male security guard out front was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I pointed out it was before 4pm, but he did not care.
As I went into the back on Campbell rd in Tucson Arizona I was refused services window as the customer service agent tryed to ignore me I got her attention. I ask if she was busy she said yes in a rude manner I expressed I'm only asking a question is it an issue she the asked what do you want? Iexpressed to her that I'm waiting in the lobby could she allow someone to know I'm waiting. She then looks at me and says don't you see tht she's with someone? Then other custo mers tht were white came in and she attended to them she yelled set down told me she was busy when it was just me and another person inside the bank. I waited for about 30 min and a male tht works for bank of America comes from his office. Not only was I discriminated against but lied to I had no car so I had to walk to the drive-thru to cash my check

Have been a preferred client of BAC for years and always have gotten stellar service. But today, i had the worst experience with the notary officer of this branch. She refused the services to us by telling us that the notary block was missing on the document. She was also very rude. Same documents were signed by another notary officer with no issues. I would have given a zero rating but that's not an option.
If I could give negative stars I would. Holding my paycheck for 4 days due to bank policy.
So this isn't much of a review for services that I needed but I just came from the Campbell/Glenn location and saw an employee go above and beyond to help a customer. Usually, bank employees do what they're required and move on to the next customer, but this individual not only tried helping the customer in English, they started speaking Spanish to further communicate with them. Then another customer came in and the employee recognized what was happening and started communicating with sign language! I managed to grab the employee's name and if anyone ever comes to this location, ask for "Isaac". I'm pretty sure he'll do whatever it takes to satisfy your banking needs

Went to deposit a check. I was next in line when I got pulled away by a lady who said she could help mw quicker. She pulls out her ipad to take photos of my check. As someone whos used the online check deposit before. I know it takes a day or two to reflect on my account. I told her I needed the money TODAY and cant wait another day. And she told me it would deposit today. Sure enough she goes through with the online deposit and it says funds not available till tomorrow. Thank you lady for pulling me away when I was next in line to just screw me over. Preventing me from getting my money that I needed in time. If I could give negative stars I would.
