4 No tellers at their places. And they put a 7 day hold on your check. They send paper copy out same day and said paper copy is destroyed.
So, you your money is being held a hostage. There is a hold and paper copy has been destroyed.
Manager is of no help.
Worst branch ever
I've been coming here for years and I know what I come here for unlike some people in these reviews who are clueless to what a bank visit entails and the services offered. The bank managers, bankers and tellers are friendly and knowledgeable. To those complaining, educate yourselves first and be prepared before your visits.
Bank of America services at any branch is weak, but this one in particular. Went to notarize a document and they chose not too because they didn’t like the way it looked…they were notarizing my signature not the document, lol, what idiots. Thank you UPS store
