3 Because Valen Villanera’s service is so good, I dedicate my first review to you.
The company arranged to open an account at this bank. Even though my brother's English was poor, the account opening process was very smooth. Valen Villanera slowed down his speech and I used GOOGLE Translate and he didn't serve me impatiently.
Subsequently, my account was locked because my brother made a mistake in online banking. I came to the site without making an appointment. Valen Villanrea immediately helped me deal with it. He called the credit card customer service from his office and also provided Chinese conversation service. The process unlocked the account in less than half an hour. Thank you very much and I can only recommend Valen Villanrea.

This bank robbed my cash. Made a cash deposit verified by 2 tellers and their cash counter, they gave me my receipt to confirm. Next day they called me saying my deposit was short $1800 and they took it out of my account. Corporate BofA didnt seem to think this was a problem and told me to take it up with the branch. Its been 8 month and 4 investigations and no one at BofA cares someone stole my cash except me. My money was not secured at this bank. Wish i could give a negative star rating.
The atms will eat your card. The bankers have a nasty attitude. Especially the pregnant one in the front.
