Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM), Avondale AZ

Every single time we come into the bank it takes about or OVER an hour. There is always one cashier available with multiple up to four people walking around asking what we need. We were asked twice today what we were here for to be told to wait in line. Why are these people walking around and not getting behind the counter to help the ONE person helping everyone? This makes no sense. While in line two people made appointments to close their account and my mom and I are thinking of doing the same. This is ridiculous. Don’t get an account here. Go to a different bank!

Update: waited for 45 minutes and they don’t have what we need. We were here for $60 in quarters and they only have $20 worth of quarters. It’s a bank!

Edit #2: Read the bank’s NON-APOLOGY for the hour wait in line to not even be helped correctly. Which by the way we went to Wells Fargo afterwards, waited 15 minutes and got all the change needed. They had 4 tellers working, it made all the difference.

I came in to convert my coins and cash into $2 bills. The teller waited until we explained how much we had in coins and cash before he asked if I had an account. I said "no, do I need one to convert my money? ", and he was like "yeahh sorry. " And that was it. Didn't ask if I wanted to create account or anything else. Went to Wells Fargo and literally it was so easy and they were a lot friendlier too! They didn't ask if I had an account. Anyways I see why this BofA has 1 star ratings.

I was the last customer of the day yesterday. Outstanding customer service. Very knowledgeable. Appreciate you guys.

As soon as I walked in, I asked the female at the door if they could make a copy of my check. She said yes just let the teller know. After filling out my deposit slips I went up to the teller and asked the female teller if she could make a copy of my check. She said no we don’t do that here. I told her that the lady at the front door told me yes. The teller told me she would make an exception but only this time. She came back with a copy of my printed check completely crooked and off centered on the sheet of paper. I handed her my completed deposit slip, yet she deposited my money in the wrong account. She told me that she accidentally did it because that’s the account linked to my bank card. However, that is why I handed her a completed deposit slip with the correct account number that it needed to be deposited into. I’m so glad I checked her work.

I don't understand why the only have one teller at such a busy location! It's always like this. I think it's time to make a switch because I shouldn't have to wait over an hour to make a withdrawal. Stay away from this location!
