A few times I've been in this Bank has been the worst experience in my entire freaking life first of all it's hot I walk in there with a whole bunch of other people and for some reason the bank manager who's a woman didn't get her name is eyeballing me and then then reassured me that some of they're getting another teller for the second window but she kept saying this to only me made me feel some type way. All I wanted to do is change my my $10 pound bill I have into US currency but now I have to be a freaking a member of that bank and I couldn't sign up to remember the bank and then you know whatever I had to be an established member of the bank which means for years that I can kind of understand but not really they shouldn't have to be so rude about itand I left then the second week I had to go back there for another roll of quarters she told me that I would have to be an existing member in order to change a $20 bill for two rolls of quarters and when I asked her why she said something because you need to be a member of our bank and I said but what does that matter I can go to any bank and get quarters I just live right here and I don't have a car she said we need to know where the money is going if you work in a bank and you can't keep track of where the money is going if I'm not a member you got $20 do the math two rolls a quarter are missing it's pretty simple I'm not even a freaking banker thanks for singling me out and making me feel like I'm not good enough to even change out $20 for two rolls of quarters

Absolutely worst bank I’ve ever delt with glad to say I am not a Bank of America account holder! My business banks with them and these ladies working the teller are very rude not professional at all! Definitely wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company!

I Guess at first I didn’t realize the check I was trying to cash was bad.at first I wasn’t sure why the bank wouldn’t take the check. Now I know why.

Yes, I’m sad to say that I did receive a bad check which was a payroll check. It needed four days because the person in charge didn’t fund the payroll check in time (according to him).
All excuses and lies. But at least the bank was open to tell me if he had the money or not. And the bank did not lie, thankfully.

No customer service! No eye contact or acknowledgment that you are there waiting. Very very slow. They act as if you are an inconvenience.

I really doubt the manager of this BoA branch is a racist, I saw him talked casually to white customers with greetings. But he looked serious with a dead face when handling my case.

I bought Australian dollars but received Canadian dollars.because this branch did not take duty to fix BoA's fault or wanted me to pay for BoA's fault, I had to leave, and then I called BoA again, I requested to return the Canadian dollars and re-order Australian dollars without losing my money, then the online agent talked with this branch's manager via my phone, told him to do something step by step, I do not know why such a guy, being unfamiliar with their business, could work as a manager.it took him or the nice agent at least 20 minutes to finish the process.at the end, the online agent asked the branch manager three times: will you place a new order of Australian dollars? The manager said no. Then I ask him, how can I get the Australian dollars? He told me to use BoA app to place a new order with higher price, I told him it is BoA's fault, It should not be me to pay for their fault! Then he just rejected, shame of BoA and this manager.
