Bank of the West / BMO, Oro Valley AZ

Bank of the West? How about Bank of the Worst. I deposited a large in sum in the bank, did nothing wrong, wrote no checks, asked for no withdrawals and yet when I tried to do a wire transfer; one of the main reasons for opening this account; I was denied. The wire thought to be fraudulent and myself accused of being part of a scam. I'm furious. Particularly as the back office decided to put a hold on my account. For what reason? Those in the branch could not tell me.
Now I have to wait on some sort of contract from the back office.
At this point I am actively hoping they will close the account so I can be done with this nightmare of a bank.

This branch has great management, friendly tellers, and a lovely lobby. Truly a full service bank with security deposit boxes. Great service is the standard.

Great customer service. Keeping as a business account but not primary due to issues at other locations.

I tried calling their toll free number, and they never answered my call, they must be talking to friends or family, or just doing something other then their job! Today is 11-30-2021, I've been locked out, of being able to use my debit card, went to the bank, I was told, that I have to call the toll free number, took an hour and a half, before a lady answered, pretending to not hear, and hung up, now I'm having to wait another hour and a half, this is redecules! While I was at the bank, they them on the, could of talked to them, then? The time is now 8: 44p.m. Still waiting?

So.this branch changed its hours again. No problem. However, they seem incapable of updating their correct hours on their phone message. Also, if you press #6 for the branch manager, you get an error message. Besides that, all is great!

I find most of the employees rude and not willing to help.
I will be closing my account ASAP. I am very unhappy
with my dealings with this company. This is only an opinion.

Wonderful and caring people work here. I've personally seen their warm hearts pour out to one another. They also go above and beyond taking your personal information confidentiality very serious. Highly recommend this place.
