7For years we have expressed concerns about our child’s eating habits. His doctor was dismissive. Well this appointment, she outright tried to shame us. After literal years of trying to get help. I am thoroughly disgusted.
Great clean facility, friendly and caring staff. They make you feel comfortable and answer all questions
Terrible customer service. The girls that work with scheduling was extremely rude and they don’t have patience what so ever.
We just switched pediatricians. Our old place took very long to get into. Waits were long and care was mid. Our daughter told us about Banner. So far we are very impressed. Care has been exceptional and their willingness to help you make appts with other specialists has been amazing.
I was bummed to have to switch providers but Dr Legler has been nothing but amazing and thorough. I've always been able to get my children in, even if it's with another provider. Wait times are hardly ever long. We always get called back within a reasonable amount of time, no matter who we see.
Dr Legler has especially been above and beyond in communication with me personally regarding my 1 yo child. If I leave her message she will get back to me. I never had that with Dr Dave, even though he was a great dr. I came to expect contact at the appt time and only conversations with MAs otherwise, if that. Dr Legler never has her MA call me, she calls back personally.
Front office staff has never been difficult and actually scheduling has gotten easier, I think Banner has changed some of their processes to help with that.
Dr Smith and her office are amazing. She really took the time to talk to each of my kids and make them feel comfortable with her. You can tell she really cares about her patients. All the staff and nurses were amazing. I feel very confident that she will always take good care of my kids.
