I have read these comments and honestly can not understand the negative experience. I have had for 4 separate wound care casts, and different Doctors & nurses have helped me change my cast. I have had a great experience from everyone, that I have received medical care from. My feelings & thoughts, I have had from every nurse the entire staff from the front counter and provider or Doctor are all compassionate, caring, professional, & amazing! I would absolutely recommend this compassionate group of caring individuals to anyone. Some folks are miserable and can not be happy no matter what?
