Met my new doc, Dr. Parul Agarwal who was very nice and a good listener who asks good relevant questions. Office staff are so friendly and superb with any questions I had.

I have been a patient of Dr. Christina Biliack for many years. She is not only a highly skilled doctor but as a person.she is kind, patient and caring. You always feel like a meeting with her will end up helping you, but also you feel like she really, really cares. She is amazing!

This group is the most caring, professional group of doctors and staff I’ve worked with in 20+ years.

Dr Prestoza is great very detailed and caring. The Banner center makes it easy to get test done all in one place.

The NP we met with during the video call was above and beyond caring and detailed. The platform dropped us halfway through so I think they could improve that.

If I could post 10 STARS I would! I Went to this location last week with one of my clients. I normally assist my clients to their medical appointments and I'm used to seeing all types of medical staff. The medical staff that my client had at the time was named Shantaa. Shantaa was so gently and so patient with my client. My client stated
"Dr's offices make my anxiety go up because of my medical needs. I love going there to see Shantaa, her energy and smile I look forward to and when I see her, I know I will be treated with compassion and great care" After hearing that, I KNEW I had to come leave a review. A staff member like Shantaa is someone who definitely needs to be known and praised for all their hard work. Skills can be taught, but compassion and empathy can't. You either have it or you don't. She definitely has it and the patients notice

The doctor, medical staff, and receptionist were very courteous, helpful, and friendly from the time I checked in for my appointment. Unlike a lot of places it was refreshing to see people smile and not scowl. I recommend everyone go to Banner Health Center if they can.

IT SHOULD BE ZERO STARS! But it has to be 1 to leave a Review. I can't tell the frustration that comes with being disabled to a Dr and them understand, but I can expect to get the treatments and medications I need. I am Never able to get my proper meds, and it has put me in the ER multiple times. I dont understand why they think it's not a big deal either when I have to constantly double and triple check if they have sent paperwork to companies like preferred homemade, who after 3 months since I requested it at an appointment, still hadn't received anything from my Dr!

Great doctors and staff. Treat you with respect and dignity and are geniunely concerned about your health. I have had many doctors over my lifetime and there is no better place for your health issues.

Dr. Prestoza is a wonderful physician! I am so grateful for the care and attention she gives me when I come to see her. No matter how many things I have happening with my health, she's ready and willing to address every issue I have. She never rushes me through the appointment and is extremely efficient. So glad I found her!

Dr Feudale depth and breadth of knowledge is only exceeded by her enormous kindness. She has this uncanning ability to make one feel like the most important patient that she has. She exudes humanness, always greeting me with her arm smile. There is never a doubt in my mind that she not only knows my case but all my concerns are carefully addressed and care planned. Kudos to whomever hired this excellent physician. She brings cloning to mind

Not great. Banner lost most specialists. Those they refer you to are difficult to get an appointment with. Before Banner took over, this place was very active. Now, its like a grave yard. I'm getting most all of my care from specialists elsewhere. If Banner closed their doors now, it would not hurt me at all.

Nurse Practitioner, Ashley Beatty was excellent in diagnosing my medical needs and care thereafter. She is very thorough, explains her decisions clearly and acts upon those decisions immediately. I trust her care.

I recently had surgery at the Banner Boswell medical health center and had to stay longer than expected. Overall, I was well taken care of by the medical team there and any health concerns were discussed promptly with myself and my family that was listed in my records. When I was released I was provided with after care instructions and received a courtesy call to follow up on my health and on any post operation appointments that needed to be made. Thank you for your care and support!

My experience with the Doctors and staff is excellent, but the questioning survey that you send out after the visit is a boring, needed, repetitious waste of my time and anyone else that' s involved. Sincerely, R. C. List
