Banner Health Clinic, Litchfield Park AZ

Banner has become so large that they are exceptionally difficult to work with. This individual clinic may be awesome but as a whole Banner has lost touch. I had three bills to pay and got a serious runaround trying to pay. Once I finally did get a human on the line I had to read off all three account numbers, apparently each entity adds various account number. Then I had to recite credit card info three times for all three accounts. Not to mention the 1/2 Reem of paper it took them to tell me how to pay my bill.
Banner needs to work harder to intergrate their various clinics and hospitals. Do better or separate it back out into the various businesses you absorbed.

My interactions with the office staff and Dr. Pena have been nothing short of exceptional. They are respectful of my time and have been easy to communicate my preventative health goals. I am especially appreciative of Dr. Pena's understanding of my care while mountaineering!

I picked the "perfect fit" for my PCP. Not only is Rebecca Norris smart, caring and very efficient as a health care provider, she AND the entire staff are really kind caring people. Jackie, her assistant, is absolutely on the ball, really efficient, quick to call with test results, etc.and a genuinely nice person! We moved here from San Antonio, Texas, almost a year ago, and I was very scared about finding "new" health care providers I hit the lottery finding this office! I feel very lucky!

Awesome practice. Great staff attentive and caring health providers. All my health concerns were addressed. I am the type of person who dreads going to any dr, because of weight issues feeling as though I will be judged by my weight. Rather than a actual person. With health concerns. Randi Herman made me feel very comfortable with her. If you are a new patient your initial appointment needs to be in person and a follow up can be done virtually or via phone which I like. She made opening up about health concerns very calming rather than making me anxious. She made getting referrals easy and actually had one specialists call me to set up a consultation. If you are like me and are hesitant about drs offices or health facilities give Banner health clinic a try you won't regret it.

I like my NP Randi and Daisy too. The front desk is very helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff and doctors. They require a mask so I gave them three stars. Without the mask mandate, it would be five stars.

Quality care should be provided across the board. If you do not meet their criteria, such as insurance you're devalued.
