I saw Amy Snell for my first visit to Banner Health. She was amazing! Very understanding of my personal views and gave me the care I was looking for. I will be returning to see Amy again for my primary Dr.care. Thanks for a good first visit! And thanks to the front desk staff:)

Banner Health Cinic, specifically my appointment and interaction with Amy Snell NP and staff was one of the best, if not the BEST appointments I have experienced. My physical, emotional, and mental health were all given the necessary attention needed all in one appointment! There was no question when I left that I had found my PCP! Thanks for everything!

Follow up to this review. Was not allowed to post a new review. I was shocked today (Aug 30 2023) that because a few months ago I wanted to find another PCP and threatened to leave, the front desk employee stalled making an appointment til the manager came in. I was told they were not wanting to make another appointment for me. I brought up also that there had been some billing issues but the billing department won't pick up the phone, answer voice mails or letters, and the local clinic won't do anything about billing issues. I didn't know what else to do. Apparently, because I was so upset about the billing issues and the doctor refusing to sign a DOT form for a handicap placard due to an injured knee, they flagged my account. They claimed that my injury didn't meet state regulations. I disagreed, but was ignored. What is outrageous is no one at the clinic, not even the doctor, would talk about the issues without paying for another appointment and said it's not their problem. No compassion, despite lip service about 'caring about patients'. Luckily found another PCP. My experience with Banner was problematic from the very beginning. Glad to leave! A year ago, my wife got a call from her provider's nurse. She could not understand the number or what he said in the message. She called back and was on hold for 30 minutes. I called as well, and was on hold for 15 and left my number to call back. She left her number. The system called her back and her phone was not able to respond to the prompts, so they hung up on her. It seems calling this clinic is a total waste of time! Sure would be great if phones were answered in a timely manner! Trying to contact Banner is a waste of time. Too bad the system is rigged against the patients.

I saw Amy Snell, Women's Health NP. She has been so thorough, easy to talk to, and has always responded with any results. Her assistant Shelley, is friendly and communicates well. It is easy to get an appointment at the clinic. Overall a great experience.

The Banner Health Clinic understands my health care and wellness needs. My health care team is attentive and caring for my time and needs so I can be a healthy and successful in my life.

Banner Health is great! Amy Snell has been helpful and supportive during my transition to a new job in a new place, and in establishing new care with specialists for my particular needs. She is knowledgeable, thorough, professional, caring, and compassionate. I feel like I am in good hands with her.

Capable and efficient clinic. Amy Snell NP is very professional. Her knowledge base is excellent.
