Not covid safe. Went for an MRI today. First of all, The tech had his mask down below the nose. Second, Close quarters in the machine so I doubt they wipe down inside which wouldn’t have been an issue except the tech told me I didn’t have to wear my mask “if I didn’t want to. ” So, how many people were in that machine with their mouth and nose an inch from the top without their masks on?

Also, nobody’s wiping down anything in the waiting room. People have to come in and sit in chairs in front of a partition and then they call the next person up i”and then the next person up, and nobody’s wiping down the chairs or the arms of the chairs. The staff is chatting in between customers about getting off early on Friday but they can’t be bothered with wiping down chairs that people have been sitting in.

I have been going here for years, very nice people. Today I am trying to get into patient portal, so far it has been a challenge.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always a good experience. Front desk is efficient, friendly & organized and wait time is usually minimal. The technicians are great, they always introduce themselves and explain what they are doing, which is nice.

Due to the lack of knowledge of the healthcare industry I made an appointment for an MRI not knowing I needed authorization prior. The woman with glasses and blond hair was quite rude with her explanation so I simply left. In hopes of getting more knowledge I called the place from the parking lot and was on hold for more than 8 minutes when there was literally one patient in the waiting room quietly sitting awaiting to be seen. I called later in the day, was on hold for 14 minutes just to be picked up and hung up on. This place is an awesome representation of the American healthcare system.

They never put the images in the computer so my doctor could see them. My doctor had to call and they said they would be put in 30 minutes.it never got done.a week later and I’m still waiting. Banner bought out valley radiology and these positive reviews are not theirs originally it’s from the other group they bought out that didn’t suck at their job.

Worst service I have ever received from a medical facility! Came in with orders and an appointment. Waited for a tech that never showed up. Had to reschedule. Came back again. They had lost my orders! I could not get imaging for a second time. Now I have to go back to the doc to get new orders and try to schedule again. Two months lost without an imaging done. Unbelievable poor service.

Made an appointment prior to arriving. Was checked in and ready in less than ten minutes. The technician introduced herself and was friendly and professional the entire time. She gave me clear instructions on what to do during the procedure. Will return when needed. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience at the imaging center. Everyone was nice and they were very efficient. I arrived early to a room full of people. There were three names ahead of me on the list, but I got in on time and the procedure was done with very little waiting.

The staff at EVDI are Awesome. Very pleasant experience considering what I was there for. Never had an MRI. The tech explained everything she was doing. Thank you so much!

Worst mammogram experience of my life. I've always had good experiences at EVDI. The staff is usually very nice and compassionate. Mary, the mammogram tech was rough, rude and I really never want to go back there for a mammogram again because of her. She made me uncomfortable and this was by far the most painful ever. I had a DEXA scan and it was great.

I had to wait a month to get my mammogram and Boone density at the same appt; when finally had my appt I get my mammogram on time but the other one they let me wait for over 90min because the went to lunch so I have to leave so mad from there I don't recommend this place no body give you the right information.

I arrived for my appointment early and they actually took me early and I was out of there within one hour for two diagnostic procedures. The girls are always cordial and helpful and informative. EVDI rocks!

Recently had a DEXA Scan at Chandler EVDI. Everyone there was very friendly. I am always amazed at the courtesy and friendliness of EVDI staff as I have used several of their facilities. Thank you EVDI. It’s always a pleasure!

The tech we had was very friendly and went out his way to make us a digital CD of our ultrasound report, the waiting area and patient rooms were very nice, cleaned and organized!

Great price awesome service. It's the only place I go for the services they offer. I have to drive three hours to get there but it's worth the trip because I save a lot more with there prices and fast service.

Made an appointment an I was in and out very quickly! The registration desk, X-ray tech and nurses were so kind. My son happened to come with me and the staff was ultra kind to him. Highly recommend!

My check in and interview were fine. My appt.was at 10 am, I arrived at 9: 30 as instructed. I waited until 10: 40 to be called for my procedure without any word why or update on when I would be called. There was a problem with the patient before me, but no word was given to me. A bit of courtesy please.

POOR response time. My doctor sent us straight here because we were worried about my son’s breathing and it took them FOUR FULL DAYS to read the images and sent the results to our doctor. The results said my 4 year old had pneumonia! I’ll never go to this place again. Then, we had to wait longer for the abdominal X-ray results, which were performed at the same visit. So 5 days later I am finally getting him treatment for pneumonia.

Everyone was very prompt and compident. I was fortunate to have Marie as my nurse for my MRI and she was fantastic! She made my appointment very pleasant. She was friendly, yet professional. Also, it was stress free. Thank you, Marie and all the staff at EVDI, I appreciate your professionalism.
