Plenty of signage to promote social distancing. Hand sanitizer and gloves available as soon as you enter the building. I was quickly checked in and then shown to an alternate lobby are to await test. Staff wears face shield as well as the mask underneath.

Was rescheduled from Saturday to Monday. Was told to arrive at 5: 30 AM. They don’t open until 6: 30 AM. Two patients that arrived after me get seen before me! How f’ing rude! But, that’s Arizona for ya.filled with rude people! Told the nurse and techs I needed my scans on disc to take to the specialist. 30 minutes after my scan was completed.no disc. I’ve seen three patients who arrived a after me leave with discs. Receptionist way rude.look at it this way: My insurance is paying your salary. Be a little nicer and learn that first come, first served.

Ive been on hold for over 45 minutes waiting to schedule an appt.if I could I would give them a 0.

Front office staff were pleasant. Appt time was for 3pm but half hour later we were still waiting. We're told technician would get to us as soon as she could. She walked by us at least 3 times and never acknowledged us.

The staff was extremely friendly, the building was clean, and I was in and out as fast as they could have me. I would choose this location again should more imaging be needed.

All personnel were very professional & friendly. Efficient. Helped make an unpleasant experience very pleasant.

Pleasant surprise. Courteous and helpful personnel at front desk. Easy and simplified sign-in on screen. Minimal waiting time. Skilled technician for procedure.

I have been going here for quite some time, always great and patient service. My last visit was as a walk in, hardly any wait. I recommend EVDI to everyone, as long as your insurance covers them.

I was very impressed with the ease
& efficiency of the Gilbert EVDI. My admission was processed upon arrival, I don’t think I waited 10 minutes before being called back. Everyone was friendly, informative, all was handled like a well-oiled machine.

Checked us I quickly, took us straight back. Nurse got my son laughing and relaxed. From arrival to leaving was under 20 minutes. Pleasant and extremely fast.

Everyone was kind and helpful the only thing I found that can be improved is a wider chair. They have a long couch but it's short and has no backing for support.

The staff was great, the CT techa were WONDERFUL. BUT.the radiologist.my imaging was on left and right shoulder. The description on the left shoulder was descriptive. The right shoulder. SAME description as my left including the words "left". Seriously copied and pasted.

The staff past the front door was excellent. I checked in at 216 for a 215 appt and was almost turned away with no regard to the fact I was traveling to a side of town I am unfamiliar with and no warning by EVDI of the massive street construction for miles before the location. Front desk greets with rude demeanors and a lack of caring. Back office phlebotomist and CT tech amazing!

I was nervous about having an MRI but with the wide bore machine it wasn’t so intimidating. The technicians were excellent and put me at ease. I was seen on time, no waiting around. Would have given 5 star if it wasn’t for a grumpy receptionist. I would definitely use them again. For me it was cheaper to pay the walk in price rather than go through insurance.

I had an MRI of my lumber. I have the worst anxiety & panic attacks when doing this. The technicians were so understandably patient & very nice. I have other x Ray's & MRI's etc to be done and will coming to this facility. Everyone is so nice & helpful.

Receptionist & staff were kind and professional. Appt time was respected and adhered to. Only, suggestion is the original locker I was going to use to store my clothes had an unpleasant odor. I just moved to another locker. Suggest more inspections throughout the day.

The EVDI techs and office personnel were awesome at my last experience. I was scheduled for the last appointment of the day. The tech called and said they were running ahead and I could come in early. I showed up about. 30 minutes before my schedled appointment time. I was checked in quickly and they got me in and through my procedure quickly and efficiently. I was finished by my scheduled start time. Everyone was friendly and professional.
