My therapist, Deborah Bodin, at Core Balance East Flagstaff, AZ has been one of the best therapist's I've ever had. There's only been one other and he's now retired.
Deborah is thorough about educating about the root causes behind each particular adverse physical issue I've been dealing with for some years now and the home exercises she gives which are addressing the physical weaknesses that have been long standing for me–so much better at getting to the root causes and assigning me the best exercises that will benefit me, versus every other therapist I've ever had. She explains things very well regarding her assignments she gives, as well as her treatments that are spot on.

I've been to Core Balance for two separate injuries' over the years and had fantastic experiences and a full recovery both times. The first time I saw Katie who was wonderful and helped me get back on my feet. This recent time I saw Shawna and couldn't have been happier with her. I’m a busy mom on the go, so Kim always gave me a heads up when my appointment was approaching. Over the years I have gone to CoreBalance for therapy such as recovering from a broken ankle, and for back and shoulder pain. Always I have been very satisfied with the results. The therapy sessions, and doing the recommended exercises, have kept me pain free for years. And, if I do need additional help, I always go back to Deborah Bodin at CoreBalance for that help.
