Banner Physical Therapy - Queen Creek

Deborah Colland, PT at Banner Physical Therapy has been a Godsend for me. I am in her care for a Frozen Shoulder on my left side. Before being diagnosed with this I had never heard of it. I am 66 years old and just figured I had done something to it and it would get better eventually. NO it didn’t. Deborah knew right away about my diagnosis because she had this same condition herself in both arms at different times. Knew about the pain and how to treat it. It is early in but can see light at the end of the tunnel. She is caring in her message therapy and the workouts she has me perform. Can’t wait to get my full range of motion back and be rid of the pain. Thanks for being in my Journey.

After my initial consultation Physical Therapist (PT) Veronica Pontis devised a plan unique to my issue, the evening after the first day of therapy I noticed the pain that I was normally experiencing was absent and no pain medication was needed. I completed Physical therapy, ahead of schedule and in case of recurring issues, I have an open invitation for questions along with at home exercises. Chaz is AWESOME! He took the time to understand the nature of my lower back pain and designed an effective plan. He also gave me a massage at the end of each session that, I will admit hurt so bad it made me sweat a little bit, but I felt GREAT afterwards. I would recommend him without reservation!

I would not recommend this place. Although they are all very nice, I attended PT at this place for 3 month and during this time I spend maybe 10% with the actual therapist and 90% with the students. I think that contributed to a slow recovery for me and I wish I went elsewhere sooner. I would not recommend this place.

Veronica Pontis is an excellent therapist in that she has introduced me to a variety of exercises to treat my hips and knees. She is always pleasant and listens to my thoughts about my condition and the treatment I am receiving from her. A real delight and I always look forward to my visits at Banner Therapy.

Ashley is awesome she’s very knowledgeable and into her job and getting her patients back on a healthy track. I highly recommend this facility and all their therapists are wonderful.

I was a mess upon arrival in May 2023. Two months later I am doing much better thanks to Kathy’s patience and resourcefulness - she has crafted an individualized plan for my injury. I’m putting in the effort and looking forward to full mobility without pain this fall.
