Banner Urgent Care, Phoenix AZ

From the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor, everyone was in a great mood and positive. An enjoyable experience for the fam. Shoutout to Dr. Kaitlyn and her team!

I had known that my appt was on Monday &
At 10: 30am
I was asking my self why I had not gotten
A reminder
Just then my phone ring 8: 45,
It was Banner calling.to remind me
On time.walked in & then to a room that was
Very clean, a person came in ask me if.i was ok. To test. She did and that was it
Tottol time 17 minutes. Now that's fast
I said my good byes and I was gone

Overall I have never had a problem going to any urgent care especially Banner Health and have never been refused service. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time and arrived on time. The appointment was for a strep test for my child and when we arrived and I explained the reason for the visit the front desk receptionist stated that if he had no symptoms that there was No Reason for the Visit and therefore I would have to pay the appointment fee for no insurance even though my child has kids care. I tried to explain to her I tested positive for strep and his school needs a clearance to make sure he doesn't have strep. Since it is extremely contagious. When she saw that I was getting upset she walked away to talk to the provider. I left. Terrible patient care/ customer service.

The nurse and dr In this office were both great. Would have given 5 stars but the front desk receptionist was very rude.

Everyone I encountered was wonderful from the start. The two associates that checked me in were great and once in my patient room the physician's assistant, Lyle Miyashiro listened to my symptoms and treated me accordingly. Thank you very much

Took 2 hours when they had Boone in the waiting room. It took 35 mins to be called back. Waited in the room 3 for 40min before being told they still hadn't received the radiology report so I asked to leave and call me with results.

This urgent care is always great. Super nice, easy to work with and clean! They always treat you with respect.

The nurse practitioner spent almost 2 hours with me. She (Laura Morris) checked everything possible to rule out some bad issues. She ask prescribed fast acting drugs that got me healthy in 2 days. I would highly recommend this location.

I saw Erin Wolf at the Indian School location. She was excellent. Quick appointment, clear instructions.

The Technitions rude no care or symphony what so ever. I felt like I was putting him out. He definently didnt want be there an it showed. The PROVIDER was only reason this place got 3 stars tonite. He was thorough and had a personality. I usually never have a problem at this urgent care but today was exception.

This place was phenomenal. Stephen was the NP that saw me. He made me feel right at home. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind and made sure I had the best care possible. 10 stars for him! I live in Mesa but I will definitely be coming back to this location if i ever get sick again. Thank you stephen and the rest of the staff for the super service!

Had the flu all week, so I made reservations online and they were very busy and still got me in to see the doctor after work by about ten minutes from my reservation. Very down to Earth and nice. The doctor listened to me and was very empathetic to my needs without rushing me and helped me breathe again after a slight asthmatic attack from the cold. I appreciated that. Thanks guys. Feeling better today and can breathe again! See you next time.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were not to busy so got right in. The place was very clean and organized. I felt very well cared for. Thank you. I would visit there again.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr Reicho has an excellent bedside manner and was very knowledgeable. This building was immaculate and I was there less time than I anticipated which is always a nice thing when you don’t feel well

Visiting from out of town and needed some medical help. This place was spotless, clean and friendly. I was immediately greeted and taken care of right away. Only waited 20 minutes to be seen. LPN who saw me was so kind. A great listener and very thorough. Even the tech who took my vitals was so friendly. I would SO recommend this urgent care center. So great!

My name is Cindy Chandler I came in and could not breath everyone in the office treated me so kindly and professionally. They took time with me they did not have and I appreciate everyone involved so very much. You made me feel like a person they cared about and in today's world that truely means alot.
