Banner Urgent Care, Mesa AZ

My visit to this Banner Urgent Care located on S. Crimson Rd.was by far the fastest I've ever checked in and checked back out. It took less than 25 minutes the entire process. I set up a time to come in at online, which might have helped get me in quicker. The staff was very courteous to me and attentive to my needs.

One of the women at the front desk was very rude. I brought my 8 year old son in and she asked me to verify the information on a piece of paper and make sure everything was correct. I pointed out there was a phone number on the paper that I did not recognize. She got very snotty and kept telling me it’s what the pediatrician had listed. I understand that it wasn’t her fault but she told me to make sure it was correct info and it wasn’t. The PA’s that work here are not at all friendly. All of them have attitudes and act as though you are inconveniencing them. I brought my daughter in once and she saw the “doctor” and he was great. I haven’t seen him since that visit. Maybe he was too polite and qualified to work there.

I met Dr. Valerie Miranda and she was fantastic! I also met two of her PA's who were also wonderful. It was great to meet all of you.

Best patient care I've ever had! I booked my appointment online and was called to a room before I was finished filling out the forms. The doctor and staff were upbeat and friendly despite the fact that it was 11: 30 PM. The doctor sent my prescription to the nearest 24 hr Walgreens and it was ready when I arrived. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you!

Appt on time, check-in easy, nurse conducting Covid test professional and congenial. Positive experience from start to finish!

Staff is efficient, organized, and professional. I rarely seek medical attention, but will continue to utilize this facility when needed considering the positive experience.

My wife went there today with our 2 year old because they both have a raspy cough and congestion and my wife even lost her voice and had difficulty breathing. She waited for 4 hours because they kept taking online appointments in front of her and when they finally saw her, it was a physician's assistant that examined them for 5 minutes and then told her it was allergies.if you're sick you're better off staying home with some nyquil or go to the emergency room instead of this location.

Staff was compassionate, friendly, and completely professional. By making an appointment, I was able to be in and out in less than a couple hours. Considering I suffered a broken hand, less than a couple hours was great for me. I was seen immediately after checking in.

I'm so very grateful to have a Banner Urgent Care near me! I will only go to Banner offices/network for my care. As per their norm, I was not disappointed! I was in and out in about an hour. I felt like they cared! I was happy to use the online check in so I didn't have to wait in the lobby for hours

Let me wait 45 minutes after I told them I had diverticulitis and then the Doctor came in and said I would have to go to an ER, they wouldn't be able to treat me.

Felt bad for the staff.understaffed and over 2 hours behind schedule. Was supposed to have a script called in but there was no script when I got to the pharmacy. It was a 4 hour experience.

The online check in feature makes going to urgent care so much less stressful. The staff was very friendly and so helpful. It’s such a busy season of sickness but I still felt like the staff took there time with each patient and didn’t rush through anything. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

Wait time was very minimal; I was fully taken care of in less than 30 minutes. I would come here again if I needed to, but I hope I don't need to - LOL

Care was great, staff was very friendly, however the wait was long, even though we reserved a spot online, we had to wait over an hour in the waiting area, and another hour in the room until we saw the Dr. My only complain is the long wait, everything else was great

I was able to get online to schedule an appointment. The staff were helpful and the Nurse Practitioner provided appropriate treatment and discussed the issues involved. We were pleased with the services provided during this appointment.

I used the, on line scheduler and was called back in the room about 15 minutes from the time given. The nurse was friendly. Dr. Pine was very professional but always very attentive and a great listener. He addressed all my concerns and quickly provided great care. I would recommend using Banner Urgent Care.

Service was very good and on time. Others had tried to clean my ears with no success, but these guys kept trying and got the job done. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.

The receptionist and nurse were very friendly and helpful. The doctor was nice but I had to wait in room for 1/2 hr. He apologized for being slow to get to me.
