Banner Urgent Care, Goodyear AZ

I was seen surprisingly quickly by the Nurse Practitioner who was very pleasant, professional, and quite compassionate. For this reason, I would recommend Banner Urgent Care on Yuma.

Update: two years later I had to stop in again. The facility was very busy but everyone was pleasant and caring. Five stars. The provider was excellent and so kind.

I had a great experience. Ophelia was a great help. The nurse practitioner Lisa was great and very informative of why we were there. The medical assistant was also great and very nice. We had a great visit.

I’ve been to this Banner Urgent Care (Sarivel & Yuma) 3 times now and it has ALWAYS been an POSITIVE experience. From “Jocelyn” (sp?) the front office staff and “Gustavo” who works the back office to Kimberly Flores, NP. Everyone is so kind, caring, and professional. Kimberly Flores, NP really took her time with me and made sure all my questions were answered and even went above and beyond helping me find a PMD (I’m new to AZ). Thank you all for taking such good care of us!

Very friendly service, took a couple of hours but i got fixed up and that is all i cared about.

I was seen about an hour after my appointment time. Other than that, everything went well.

I didn't know that had to make an apt at an urgent care. We just came in from Idaho and I had a really bad bladder infection, but they took me in and got me fixed up. Thanks for that, everyone was real nice.

Everyone was very friendly and fast! I had an appointment and was out in under 40 minutes.

Prompt service, professional providers and kind receptionists. I came in with a pulled muscle and I wasn't able to get helped, but I appreciate the gentle bedside manner of my doctor. The cleanliness of the facility was greatly appreciated as well. It was not crowded and very quiet.

Both my husband and I were seen by M. Van Liew, NP. She was very thorough and answered all our questions.

The front staff was friendly and helpful. But when I told the PA Jeremy i think i have strep throat he disregarded, didn't test me for anything and it’s five days later and my throat’s still on fire. Now i have to pay again to see another doctor and get the antibiotics i needed five days ago. The nose spray he prescribed did not work. He thought it was seasonal allergies.

To be honest, YOU asked me to reserve a time, which I did; and even arrived more than 10 mins early. And you were not all that busy. Then, 10 minutes after my reservation time, a walk-in was called back before me. In a non- emergency situation (which it wasn't) I think that is bad business.

I saw Shane Reynolds PA. She was absolutely wonderful! Better than my PCP by a long shot! She was patient and kind and informative and professional. I love this urgent care. I always get the best care in this area at this location on Yuma near Sarival! I'd rather go here than any doctor in this entire area!

Very professional Doctors, practitioners and nurse assistants, very polite and they know what they are doing.

I was charged my copay = 75 dollars. I got treated, and im ok. Then, a month later, i checked my bank account, and they decided to take an additional 45 dollars from my bank account. Why? I paid everything owed. What with this 45 dollars. Has anyone had this happen to them? Im not a fan of surprises, and if this is how they operate, i will never return. Dont trust this place!

Took my mom because se fell and she saw Emma NP. We had such a great experience and very nice and compasionate with my mom.

My experience was good, from the front desk all the way to the NP Alexa. Everyone was nice and polite. The wait was extremely short, but it was at 10am on a weekday. I was pleased overall.

They saw one of my girls today and they were very polite and very concerned thanks for all the help
