I had a 3: 15 appointment but had to wait almost an hour to be seen. Once in everything proceeded just fine and the staff worked rapidly. Within 24 hours most of the pain is gone.

We made an appointment ahead of time. We got in right away and the Nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable and proficient!

I went to the clinic because I had an ankle sprain, the good part I was in. Completed my x-ray in short time, but tbe physician was in rush, she told I didn't have fracture (thanks God) but after that she passed me a piece of paper and told me to take some over counter pain medication when I was in real pain, no further details.
She was just rushing me out.
I would appreciate more details on how to manage the pain and what my next steps should be, and I didn't have to go to another provider, pay again to understand how to handle my medical needs who provide me with the right details and medications.

First time here and won’t be back, I didn’t like the dr I seen, there was only two patients in the whole building including me. The dr took awhile to come into my room even tho I was the first patient to been seen with an appointment. When the dr came in she never asked me what was going on, then she was saying things to me that didn’t even make sense for what I was being seen for, I have no idea how she even complimented medical school I’m not a Dr but what she said didn’t make sense. The MA swap my throat for strep and not only did I hear someone reading the result very loudly I was able to hear it even when the door was shut, definitely a HIPAA VIOLATION. The dr said it was negative but then again proceeded to take another test. Then I waited another 20 mins just for her to walk and get another swab, then she prescribe me multivitamins and nose spray! I am being seen at another clinic that will actually care for there patients… Do better banner urgent care!

I had a great experience at this urgent care the people there were fantastic. The nurse practitioner. Amanda was really knowledgeable and really helped me along with Dan. Who did the check in they all took care of me. Will definitely go back to this urgent care.

Fast and efficient! Special props to the receptionist she helped me get registered. She was so sweet even though I was noticeably grumpy! The MA & provider both also excellent and kind, explained everything.

In very quickly, dr was knowledgeable and identified myissue easily. Love this urgent care!

Easy online set appointment and register at office. Friendly and immediate attention to my issue. Left hour later feeling much better, ready meet tasks of the day.

I’ve been waiting for results of covid test taken sunday morning, never notified, just went on Sonora Quest website and found results from monday morning.i was told i would be notified, never was. Will go to another urgent care from now on.

Terrible service… went there on Sunday evening (10/22/23) around 5pm as my wife burned her finger. There wasn’t a sole in the waiting room. I proceeded to the receptionist to check in, which I was then asked what she was there for. I proceeded to tell her for a burn to the finger, I’m which the receptionist (not PA, nurse of doctor) came out to the waiting room to look at it. She then went back and spoke to whomever and came back out and said we had to go to the ER (no photo was taken or anything). How can a receptionist make that judgment call? !? I then asked if the PA could at least come take a quick look to confirm before going to the ER, which she said she would have to charge a full office visit fee. I get the need to pay, but at the same time how about show some compassion. At that point I felt they were more interested in closing than helping the public, so I elected not to pay, nor go to the ER.

I then went to the Honor Health Urgent Care on Happy Valley, just west of Lake Pleasant Parkway. Absolutely wonderful experience… and for the record, the doctor questioned why anyone would try and send us to the ER for the burn that had occurred.

I would say this place has been the longest wait time, I have experienced. I made an appointment for my son at 5pm and didn’t get seen until 6: 00. The provider was very nice, the nurse was nice, but the wait time was so long.

Everyone there is VERY nice, it was just a long wait when we had an appointment. Thankfully, the paperwork is direct and not a life history. I would absolutely go again.

Absolutely fabulous experience! Great team of employees… the practitioner I saw was absolutely incredible! Too bad she’s a floater cause I’d follow her wherever she went.
