Good experience. Everyone was polite and pleasant. It was a slow day today. The front desk greeted me cheerfully. The person obtaining the COVID swab had good technique. He was gentle. No pain, just felt ticklish. The NP was nice and helpful with instructions on how to obtain my test result.

Friendly, competent, and knowledgeable people. I felt very comfortable and at ease and knew I was in good hands.

I would give 5 stars, but the front office person was a bit unfriendly. I was the only person in the waiting room and felt uncomfortable with how she was. No one going to urgent care is going because they feel fantastic, they are going because they dont. The staff in the back however were wonderful, maybe the woman up front was having a bad day or what, but being a little patient and being a little pleasant goes a long way when dealing with sick people.

I had a great experience here! Everyone was compassionate and efficient! I appreciated my care. Dr. Rula and nurse Joe and Lori was fantastic!

Nothing “urgent” about this place. I’ve been three times and they are so slow. Made 2: 30 appointment online and was not seen until 3: 35pm and not out of there until 4: 10pm. Whole thing should have taken 10 minutes, instead took almost 2 hours. I’m giving 2 stars because the staff is nice

I was very impressed with the level of customer service from the front desk to the other medical staff from the moment I walked in. The front desk provided discretion about my need for service. The front desk staff were freindly and informative about my questions and/or concerns. I look forward to making a visit again soon! I would highly recommend this urgent care facility to my friends and family!

My experience was great. Was back into a room within 15 minutes and left within one hour including having a breathing treatment. Everyone on the staff was so helpful and friendly.

Beyond horrible and inept. They were so rude and obnoxious. I wanted a copy of my report now and they didn't even put a report into my online portal.when I called to ask why Lisa put me on hold for FIFTEEN MINUTES. I finally hung up. When I went in, after a brain injury they were completely disinterested and lacking in knowledge. There are better places

So I came here 3 yrs ago when it was a different urgent care. My experience was so horrific that I was petrified to come back in with an allergic reaction to a med this time. The staff was very friendly and wonderful. I now don’t have that pit in my stomach when I see this urgent care building. Thank you.

Banner is great, except the woman at the front does not understand the concept of a reservation. I came in 15 minutes before my appointment and waited 1 hour past my appointment time to go to a room. I was listed as the next patient, however, they took 3 people before me.

A big heartfelt thank you to the staff at Banner Urgent Care, Scottsdale/Shea location. My 84 year old mother, who has a shy bladder and is unable to give a specimen on command, suspected that she had another UTI. Her PCP suggested that we take her to an urgent care facilities because appointments are not needed. On Sunday, Feb 11, we initially went to Next Care Urgent Care who have treated her in the past. On this day, they refused to see her because she did not give the specimen at their location and told us that we would have to stay until she gave one. That was not going to happen - just makes my mother more anxious. My husband remembered that there was another urgent care facility one block over. I ran in and asked the woman at the front desk if they could accommodate us, told her the specimen was less that 2 hours old. She said YES and she promptly refrigerated the specimen and asked us to have a seat. Registering was simple. The wait was about an hour and 15 minutes which was fine with us.we were just so happy that they would see my mother. She did have another UTI, medication was ordered and problem was solved. Managing the health of the elderly can be quite challenging so when you find someone in the health field that will help rather than hinder, it means SO VERY MUCH. Banner Urgent Care will be our go-to location in the future. THANK YOU!

I made an appt.on-line yesterday for 3: 03pm. I had a UTI which makes you have to urinate every few minutes and I thought it would be much more comfortable to wait at home. I arrived for my appt and had to wait over an hour. When I reminded the receptionist that I had an appt, she said that I still had to wait my turn. She said at a meeting with the manager, they had been told that if someone with an appt.arrived while there were five people without appts.already waiting, that person has to wait their turn. I asked what was the purpose of making an appt? She said it was a way to sign up on line. Crazy! The rest of the office staff agreed. DO NOT MAKE AN APPT.at this location thinking you will shorten your wait time, they do not know the meaning of the word "appointment. " I finally saw the MD who was apologetic about the wait and very professional. When I left it was 4: 35 so I had been there over an hour and a half! I think this appt.idea they have offered is just a way to get you to come to their clinic.

Cut my thumb, required 7 stitches. Was in and out in less than an hour. Staff was very professional, efficient, and very nice. Thank you.
