Barbara is awesome! Best realtor we have EVER worked with, hands down. Good listener, thorough, proactive, professional, and knowledgeable about the real estate business, the Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding areas, and overall solid understanding of relevant aspects of residential home construction, landscapes, etc. Oh, I didn't mention patience.my wife and I are out of state and were looking for an investment home / dream vacation home / eventual retirement location. Lots of virtual calls leading up to our in-person "tours". Barbara was outstanding through the entire process and spent close to a full week with us making a full 360 of the Phoenix area - lining up community tours, house tours, golf club tours, etc. All targeted to the criteria we had established in the lead-up to the in-person visit.

Honestly, we had all but given up on some of our criteria because of the market conditions (i.e. $) and really thought it would take multiple in-person visits to find the perfect community, location, and home but magically it all happened during our first intensive tour Barbara had coordinated. Barbara did it - every "must have" box was checked and then some!

Barbara helped tee up everything - lender, inspector (s), property turnover aspects for our continued ownership, dealing with inspection issues / negotiations, remodel general contractor, etc. We just had to follow her lead.

We are still pinching ourselves - is this real? We closed as originally scheduled from our out-of-state primary residence. After closing, we flew down and spent a long weekend at our new investment property / vacation home. That trip could not have gone better. Validated our decision. We are still in a state of disbelief that it all worked out like it did. All because of Barbara!

It is so very hard to articulate our gratitude to Barbara for what she did for us. It's our hope that Barbara finds professional satisfaction in the positive impact she has made in our longer term plans.

On top of all this, Barbara is genuinely a good-hearted person with a great sense of humor (she put up with me). We feel that we have made a friend for life and look forward to the day we can share time just enjoying life, friends, and what Arizona has to offer.
