Barnes & Noble, Yuma AZ

Unfortunately it was uncomfortable the air-conditioner was not working! I felt bad for the employees who were working. Overall appearance of store was ok with the exception of restroom area very old and dirty looking, needs a good cleaning and painting! Drinking fountain disgustingly water stained, should probably be replaced. Front doors could use a new paint job, too! I should have taken photos, I didn't think about it at the time. Otherwise, excellent customer service from cashier, older gentleman, very pleasant and courteous!

It's exactly what you expect from a Barnes & Noble, and I appreciate that. If only it were closer to the "mall" area here in Yuma, it would be perfect.

A nice place to go as it's quiet and Air conditioned but not too cold. I like the availability of having a drink and eat and then back to shopping. Of course I envision my books on these shelves one day.

In store they're great but whoever is answering the phone needs to stop answering the phone or learn how to properly answer a phone while at work.

Hot and humid. Employee said it's been without functioning air conditioning for two weeks. We could only spend 15 minutes in store. Usually a favorite place to take grandson. At least I got out cheap

What can I say other than that Barnes&Noble is amazing! Obviously a mecca for book readers but there's so much more than just books. There's a Starbucks within the store that makes your visit to B&N even more comfortable to sit down with your favorite hot or cold beverage and read whatever catches your eye. Everything from Cook books to Legos to Harry Potter is available here. With an ample children's section and a wall full of magazines to unique writing pens and note pads. A good place to find a gift for that reader or historian buff in your family. Makes Barnes&Noble your next stop.

Been here for books and such. This time I came in to check out jigsaw puzzles the variety in different brands was astonishing to see!

Starbucks here is awesome! Always find something new here to get interested in. Staff is helpful and friendly. Always a pleasure to browse here and open my mind to new interests.

I love this store, you can't leave empty handed. So many great books, the children's section is beautifully decorated and you lose track of time while sipping on starbucks coffee

Great selection of books which are organized so they are easy to find. Great staff who are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

They are always so super helpful and they gave me a form to fill out as a homeschooling mom i can get 20 percent off certain book purchases

I received awesome customer service! An employee asked if I was finding what I needed. I couldn't find the book I needed. He looked online, found it and had it delivered to my house. The book came a few days later. I LOVE the amount of books they carry on every subject. So many to choose from.

Decent Barnes and Noble albeit not updated recently or improved whatsoever. Still the Normal book selection but nothing extraordinary.

What can I say. I love this place and I love how they are always so quick to help me and order anything I need. I feel like I go book shopping with one of them each time I go in!

I am so grateful Yuma still has a book store and for the most part the selection is good. However, this would be a 5 star rating if it weren't for the maze some of the isle have become. Please go back to regular isle and not this "innovative" set up

Great place to buy books for all your needs and if they do not have it in the store they could order it for you. Do not have to pay for it until the book arrives. Customer satisfaction is their # 1 priority.

The men's bathroom toilet was backed up, so no, not a good experience. It felt like I was going to the bathroom in a port a poddy.
