Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center, Mesa AZ

First of all my surgeon DrGraff was awesome. The staff and process was a cluster. Most of the staff were rude. Staff at Southern office were nice and helpful. I had surgery 1 Feb and on 12 Feb called and explained I was having a small issue. They made an appointment for the 13 at 11: 15. The next morning recieved a text about another appointment on 14th at a different location. I checked portal no appointments showed up for future or past. Showed up for 13th appointment and was told my appointment was changed to 14th and someone tried to call me. No phone record of that. This company makes a loud noise about $25 charge for missed appointments. Where is my $25 for your missed appointment?

Just needed a simple check up but they made it a lot more complicated then it needed to. In the end I just left.

I shared a large amount of displeasure.
Technology illiterate senior, "me. "lost" my review.
I give up. May I suggest to
look into Mayo Clinic.
All these doctors care about is collecting from insurance and Medicare policies.
It's all about money.no care.
Just want to fill their pockets.just like Biden, and 99% more self-centered, greed driven, long serving dumboctrats.
Get the money while you can.you greedy losers.

Everyone was helpful, friendly and fast, Very professional. Dr. Tanner was kind and thoughtful, also thorough, explained things easily to understand. I highly recommend Barnet, Dulaney &Perkins Eye Center.

Very caring staff; Dr. Tanner was wonderful and explained issues in an understandable way.

My first visit: Easy parking, friendly staff and it was determined the problem was behind my retina, so I have a followup appointment with a Retina specialist. It is hardly to have a variety of eye specialist in one place.

My experience went very good as far as meeting Dr, testing etc. It wasn’t until I was shown into a room to sign all the legal paper that I became rushed…. The lady was almost robotic…. I was rudely cut off when I attempted to ask questions…. This did very little to alleviate my concerns over my impending surgery!

On my appointment day I noticed it was a very busy day, I checked in and did not have to wait long, I was seen close to my appointment time. You have to check in via a terminal next to the front desk, they will help you if you are challenged by this, but please be kind and ask for help. There was a very upset senior woman that was being loud and rude, obviously frustrated with the check in process and her wait time. The staff acted courteously and professionally despite her rudeness. I commend them!

I was referred by a friend and boy I'm so happy I was, from start to now I'm so satisfied with the service I received from this team of professionals, I would recommend anyone who needs eye care or cataracts surgery to call Barnet Dulaney Perkins, they are the best

I had issues with my eye that started Friday afternoon. I called Monday morning to try and get a same day appointment and they were very accommodating. Dr. Brown was as thorough as I’ve ever experienced with checking my eyes and explaining to me what was going on. Thank you for your help.
