Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center, Surprise AZ

Staff is very personable and professional. Dr. Duong is just great. She makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. They handle a high volume if people quite efficiently.

I didn't care much for the office staff, I had one young man that half the time you couldn't understand him and he had no personality.
I guess my biggest gripe is you pay a expensive office visit and then they want to charge you extra for a written eye prescription, that should be illegal. This was my second visit there and my last.

My experience is with Barnett - Delaney was thorough, accurate and helpful all on a timely fashion.

Looking forward to future visits. This was my first and I was very satisfied with the clinic and the doctor that I saw.

Very busy, very chaotic in the waiting room. Spent 1.75 hours there; 7 minutes with the doctor. Frustrating.

I had a great experience here, Stephanie Rodolico was wonderful to deal with, and Dr. Golisch was very nice and very thorough.

Everyone at BDPEC has a genuine concern about all patients and it shows. From the time you enter, you are their primary center of attention. I recommend BDPEC to everyone.

For several years Dr. Olivetti has been my Optometrist at the Barnet Dulaney Perkins eye center. Dr. Olivetti is very professional and thorough in her exams.but it is her outstanding personality that makes her a cut above anyone I have ever met in her profession.

I was very pleased with the care given to me at BDP. Dr Moore completely explained everything the surgery would involve. I also was pleased with my discussions with T arranging the date and information for the surgery.

I never feel rushed and all of my concerns are dealt with by dr. Olivieri and other doctors I have seen there. Dr olivetti's mannerisms I calm and therefore making you feel calm. I have been with this eye center over 18 years and I don't think I would ever change

I am very satisfied with Dr Duong. She is ALWAYS very cheerful. My last visit 3/29 the wait was only 10 minutes and the appt.was less than an hour. Before this I would sit and wait to be called for at least 20 plus minutes.
And I was surprised when making the appt.they said it would be 2 hrs (?)

Very prompt. The technicians worked very fast and Dr. Ollivetti was very personable and knowledgable. Examination was done quickly efficiently. Good experience!

Everyone is very helpful. They are very thorough in the exams. And take the time to explain what is going on. I thank them for helping me so I won't go blind.

Pleasant and cordial! The staff is friendly and the doctor took his time to make sure he understood my concerns. Provided a thorough exam before addressing my issue to make sure there were not any underlying concerns that needed to be addressed.

Can never get anyone at that office on the phone. Waited for a very long time on hold and then was hung up on.dont get glasses from here, the in house lab does a terrible job.

Dr. Olivetti and her staff did an excellent job today establishing the healt of my eyes. I was more than pleased at how they explained everything and answered all my questions. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Dr. Horseman is an excellent doctor and the staff at Barnet Dulaney Perkins far exceed expectation! Highly professional and highly recommend
