Barro's Pizza, Phoenix AZ

Can you say DELICIOUS! We ate here for lunch. Got a medium pepperoni pizza. Mozzarella sticks. And mild traditional wings. We were served at the table. Even while they are remodeling, they have great service. Even the manager came out and was making sure everyone there was good, everything was great! You can obviously get it to go but stay, dine-in. Enjoy it!

I grew up with this pizza. Back in 2014 I had to move to California to take care of family and as I look back on my fond memories of Arizona I have to say this place has to be one of the things I miss the most. I absolutely fell in love with their pizza and wings and any time my mom got paid I would beg her to buy it for us and it eventually became a place I would often order from as I grew into an adult so if you are wondering if you should stop in PLEASE DO! It's something I wish I could have right now!

This place was my favorite pizza spot and after my last experience with them I would never eat there food again it was a surprise to me how I received my food it was not hot and the bread sticks were hard I never received my food from them like that before and how the manager handled my situation I did like I felt I wasted my money the last time I ordered from them never again they lost me as a customer.

I used to absolutely love their pizza but they changed it. It is not bad nor did the quality go down they just increased the amount of sauce that they portion on pizza's and for me that's a deal breaker. I chose my pizza favorites based on less sauce. So in their defense if you like more sauce it's 5 star.

PiZza was super good. Always recommend there pizza. The wings were great nice and crispy and the right amount of sauce. There salads are fresh unlike other places.great customer service on phone too made sure everything checked out before I got off the phone. Thanks barros

Love Barros pizza! They have great lunch specials! Great staff & I had amazing company.
They are expanding the place & they have an outside patio.

I just came from Barros I have been on a hunt for a meatballs sub for a while now till the day I walked into barros the best sub I've had since I was 12 years old I recommend this place for subs Pizza hot wings soda and the great service but that meatball sub is to die for I will be going back very very soon thank you again for your awesome service

Delightful. I made the mistake of leaving abruptly shortly after ordering a pizza and they actually left it for me without knowing whether or not they would be getting a tip

Great experience here pizza crust is crispy which is a must for me in my life great customer service owners been here a long time chicken wings are just crispy and juicy and just perfect thank you guys

Absolutely awful. You walk in the doors, and you just /feel/ dirty. Tables look like theyve never been wiped down, the dim lighting and painful music were depressing, counter girls were rude and snappy. Hot club sandwich was lukewarm and nearly inedible. Best part of the meal was the sealed-package Lays chip bags. Unimpressed.
Now Hiring signs posted up too, but working there would be a mistake.

I have ordered pizza and wings from here many of times, there was one time we got wings that were not completely cooked. I called and didn’t want anything in return, just to let them know the wings were not cooked fully to maybe check the next batches that went out, they offered me free wing i declined. Well tonight they completely messed up our order sent us the wrong wings and didn’t provide the pizza for my kids that we ordered. No i was not charged for it originally and would not mind paying for it it at all, but the young lady i spoke to seemed upset that i was asking about the order that we put in and didn’t seem very empathic and that is why I’m leaving this review i will not be ordering from this location again EVER. P. S first review i have ever left for an establishment, but this one is well deserved!

Really nice location, love the lunch special. 2 slices and a drink. Nothing hits the spot better on a friday lunch while at work.

Horror show! Lunch time lines were long. Staff were not friendly. Leadership were yelling at their employees getting frustrated at the register. We got up and left. Alot of people did after they said cash only.

Food is always great, staff is always so nice.
Had a weird experience for the first time tho today, Ordered over the phone and said what salad I wanted and what I did not want in the salad (onions, bell peppers, mushrooms) and I was given a salad with everything. If they are unable to not put certain items in a salad I would have appreciated knowing when I was asking that those items not be in the salad instead of getting a salad I will not eat and did not notice till I arrived at my home to eat.

We ordered delivery on a Friday about 5: 30pm and were told it would be an hour (which we fully expected), our delivery driver was here less than 25 minutes after we called. Super friendly driver. The girl that took our order over the phone happily took the instructions to find our apartment. Been going to Barro's for 20+ years.won't be stopping any time soon.

These folks know pizza. I am always blown away by the deals they have. I seriously have to ask how do they make money when they basically give away the pizza

Delicious food! Excellent staff. Never had a problem and food is always hot and delicious. Best Pizza in Arizona! I love coming here with friends and family
