Literally, could not believe how my suits were returned to me. The lapels are obviously uneven length, and not ironed properly. The lapels should be ironed tight and firm to the suit. They’re sticking up away from the suit brought both of them back, and this is what I received. Each suit was $18, for this, I could make a stink about it and get my money back or report them to my bank, but I’m halfway thinking that the money spent was a good lesson learned. I will be taking the suits to a cleaners that actually cares about what they return to their customer.

Needed dry cleaning done for a trip and went to drop off items at 2: 15 pm on Saturday. They post that they’re open until 3 pm on Saturday but they were closed. Sign on the door also says closes at 3 pm. Poor business practice.

I'm so disappointed. They are close to me and I wanted to do business with a local family business. I just paid $70 to have 3 pairs of shorts hemmed. Here's the catch-the button was moved, the way it needed to be because the shorts were being hemmed shorter, but they didn't actually sew a hem across the bottom, just on the inner seam! Really basic, clear instructions given. I was told it would be an additional $10 per pair to sew a hem because they aren't a "normal size", they are "extra big in the legs" (they are size Large and the woman from the back was rude and insulting). It should have been comped considering it was their fault they didn't do what I asked and I paid a ridiculous amount for what they did do. Taking my shorts (I have additional pairs that I need hemmed) and my business elsewhere from now on.

I took my wedding dress here last week because I got pooped on by a bird during my bridal shoot. I wanted to get just a spot clean, but was worried about having a water stain left over. They were able to spot cleaning it with out leaving a water stain. It only cost me $10 and I had it back the same day!
