Baseboards & More, Phoenix AZ

I purchased some items from the Phoenix location that ended up being not what I ordered. So when I tried to return them to the Surprise location, they refused! Worst customer service I've ever seen. The young man in there (that claimed to be the Manager) hung up on me twice! So, I drove over there with the items. I asked him why he hung up on me. He lied and said he didn't. He then said: "those are not even returnable" he got irate and started cussing at me telling me to leave. I placed the bag of incorrect items on his desk figuring I would just leave and contest the purchase. He grabbed the bag, put his HANDS on me and shoved the bag into my chest while forcefully pushing be out the door. I threw the items on the floor and continued toward the door. He grabbed the bag, threw it at my car hitting the windshield, then proceeded to walk around to the passenger door. OPENED my door and tossed the items into my car! At that point I yelled at him and told him he's going to get fired! I did call and report him to the owner, and I then called my Credit Card company and contested the purchase! This whole situation was atrocious! He should NOT be working in retail whatsoever, and if this is how they treat all their customers there, then how are they even in business? !?

Great company to work with. We bought all new interior doors for our house here. They were really great to work with and the prices were better than HD or L for the style we wanted. Definitely recommend.

Called at 3: 55 lady answered and asked what I need and I said I want to order door casing she them put me on hold, once it reached 4pm the call was disconnected so I called back no answer and y can’t leave a message, terrible customer service

I wish I knew of this place sooner. I was disappointed in the cost and selection of baseboards at Home Depot. This place has a much, much larger variety and cost is reasonable. Nathan was quick to help me when I came in, and we bounced ideas of what baseboard I should go with. He was very helpful. The owner himself helped me load the baseboards, and I could tell he was genuinely happy to help, and loves what he does. I would definitely recommend this place.

They have been absolutely wonderful to work with during our remodel! Went down there today to pick up the last of our material (doors) I forgot I needed them to make a hole for one of the closet doors and they got it done in less than 5 min, loaded all my doors and strapped everything down for me! Will definitely recommend them!

Best service ever we came unprepared to bring 16 foot baseboards home the warehouse.the guys hooked us up (phoenix location) HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Its doors, they messed up my order again, then I had to drive to the downtown store to fix their mistake, not happy
