Bashas is always a great place to shop. I always find great in store sales and deals aside from the weekly ad sales. Bashas employees are friendly and helpful.

Clean. Produce is fresh, nice selection of meat, and the shelves were well stocked. Friendly and smiling faces made my shopping experience great. I live in Cordes Lakes. I would much rather drive to Camp Verde over Prescott any day. People aren't as snooty.
Satisfied customer here.

Overpriced, overcrowded little store that is having trouble accommodating the influx of people. No competition so they can charge whatever they please. They need to expand or update the store because some days you can't even move in here. Camp Verde needs another grocery store.

I have grown up with this grocery store. They have always managed to keep low prices and quality food.

An excellent grocery store for such a small town. High quality items and a huge variety. Very happy to have it nearby.

I live "remotely" in Happy Jack, AZ; we're not "off grid", for examples, we have: paved Coconino County roads; APS electric; municipal water propane gas delivered; fire department and fire hydrants-but we are in the forest and there are no "commercial" enterprises, no grocery stores, for example. I met Eddie Basha, many decades ago and what a great person; "my" family came to Arizona in the 1870s (territorial) and we appreciate that the Basha family brought a major grocery to, importantly, rural areas. So I like to support the legacy/ the importance of Basha's to Arizona, by shopping at Basha's. The closest Basha's to me is in Camp Verde, an hour away, and what I appreciate are: 1), increasing numbers and variety of "organics" being available; and, some "healthier" products being carried like "Veganaise" and "Ezekiel Breads". Most are unaware that these "healthier options' exist, and yet Basha's carries them, which takes up "shelf space"; I certainly appreciate this, personally. So, thanks to Bashas for serving Arizona for so long and thanks for continuing to improve/expand and diversify the products provided.

Older Hispanic looking lady with crusty bangs was rude and crushed my mounds candy bar on purpose. Cashier became very rude when I (young healthy looking female) refused to lift two pumpkins on the belt for medical reasons after she rudely said " can you please put those up for me" "I'm sorry but for medical reasons I shouldn't" "didn't you lift them to put them in there? " " Yeah and I probably shouldn't have, don't you work here? ". She proceeded to be passive aggressive and ask me MULTIPLE times if I needed ice.then when I got home I discovered she actually smashed the candy bar I had purchased. Here's some facts. I've recently had to have a urtine stent removed in August and STILL have lifting restrictions. Hope this cashier finds some peace within herself because she isn't a pleasant human being.

Bakery: This weekend we held our wedding in Camp Verde and ordered multiple different dessert platters from the Bashas Bakery in town. Everything was delicious! Everyone loved the desserts and were all surprised when I shared they were from a grocery store. Thanks for coming through!

We had the worse experience ever this evening at Bashas'. The woman named Cam was blatantly rude. We were at self check out since no registers were open. I was buying 6 bottles of wine. After I scanned the first bottle, I couldn't get the others to scan. My husband found this woman named Cam and asked her for help. She came over with and attitude stating she was helping another customer then shook her head and mumbled Jesus in disgust under her breath. As we were scanning the rest of our purchases, she continued with her rude behavior. I asked her name and she said Cam. She was turned away and I said "Pam"? She then stated no you didn't read it right. I was finally able to she her name tag and saw it said Cam. She called a manager over, I explained that Cam was very rude. As I was talking to the manager Cam was now commenting on my marine corps neglect and said semper fi and wished us a happy Thanksgiving. She was just trying to safe face for her earlier behavior. I guess in a small town like Camp Verde the can get away with treating their customers that way, since the are the only grocery store in ttown.
