Bashas', Gilbert AZ

The store is always clean and well stocked with products that I am looking to purchase. They're also respectful and mindful of the current pandemic situation and encourage social distancing measures and require masks when you enter. I regularly shop here and appreciate the staff, they're always kind and helpful!

Tried buying a stuffed bear on clearance it wouldn't scan. I tried looking around for help but everyone avoided eye contact. Worst service ever. I took it up to customer service I said I tried to buy this it wouldn't scan. She took it and said ok. Didn't offer to see if she could try to scan it or if I still wanted to buy it. Again worst service ever. Will not go here unless needed.

They are covid19 compliant. You must wear a mask and stay 6ft apart. The have multiple self check out stations allowing you to manage your purchases quickly.

I was looking for deli products. I found a much better selection at Safeway after I had looked at Basha's.

A very good Basha's. Always clean, well stocked. And employees have real smiles. And actively try to help folks. 5

If you're from out of town, this is like Randall's. Nice, but a bit pricey. We've noticed people in AZ in general are super nice. Didn't get that vibe here, lol. Not mean, the employees we encountered just didn't seem to want to be there.

Came here to purchase a cake for my sons birthday, and was told by the bakery representative that they could not write “Happy Birthday” on it, due to lack of skill. Wondering if he was somehow joking, he proceeded to tell me to come back the next day if we still wanted the writing. Thank god my local Bashas in Surprise has much high customer service and skilled workers.

The store is so easy to get in and out of. Its more expensive than others but sometimes it's worth it to save the headache of a packed store. They have remodeled recently and the store is much more inviting. The staff is friendly and the bakery is really good. Check the dates on the food or you may end up buying expired items (always a risk at low volume stores)

Thos is a smaller grocery store, so there is often limited item selection. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Everyone acknowledges you when you walk by. It's a pleasant change from the typical grocery store.feels a lot more personal. Produce is always fresh.

I avoid this grocery store. It's dimly lit and ugly, and the staff are unhelpful (and have been mostly replaced by machines).

My first visit here. Nice layout, helpful staff. No signs on the entrances so it's somewhat difficult to be sure one is entering the correct store.

I like the store but they often have flourescent lights out or flickering. Not good if you have issues with light.

Clean, smaller grocery store-food and pharmacy only. Limited item selection. Produce is always fantastic! Staff is nice. Food is priced higher because it is smaller. Never ever really busy so you can get in and get out quickly. Plus it is smaller so you don't feel like you have to walk a lot.

Today I was at the breakfast counter at Bashas on Elliot and Higley. At first no one waited on me, I hear voices but assumed they were busy. When I returned there were 2 people who ignored me but quickly waited on a man who was not black. I felt discriminated against. I'm not going back.

Excellent service and the prices are great, the produce if fresh and excellent prices, the meat was fresh and reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back that is for sure.

This grocery Store is simply amazing. They are always so friendly and courteous. I actually lost my wallet at the Starbucks in this location and return to days later inquiring about it. They had locked it up in a drawer that a manager could only get two. Every dime of my cash was still in there. They just made my day. Thank you for being so honest. I will continue to shop here and make this my primary grocery store and tell others of their phenomenal service.

Awesome staff! Kind of bummed they ran out of pumpkins on Halloween but that's okay it means the economy is doing better and I'm sure they'll order more in anticipation for next year.

Staff are decent. But ordered a cake to be due by the end of the day but they didnt start until the next day!
