Bashas', Scottsdale AZ

We really like this Bashas' and the staff are always so friendly. We recommend it here over other local grocery stores because you get a more personal experience. They have a great wine selection as well and with great prices!

I am disappointed that the Bashas on Macdonald does not have a fresh seafood dept. But the rest of the store is always so clean and the veg. Dept has such fresh veggies and fruit.

Waited at the meat counter for almost 5 minutes when nobody was there, had to yell hello to the lady Faizea working in the back (she saw us the entire time), then didn't want to put what I wanted in a container and told me it was right in the pre packaged section even though I wanted it from the counter. Just moved to the area and probably won't come back again

My only feedback for improvement would be regarding the Monster Energy drinks you sell by the front register’s. You currently only sell the high carb version full of sugar. (This is Scottsdale. Perhaps you would consider selling the low carb monster energy drink that has 0 cal and zero sugar!) Most People that I know our health conscious in this 20th century. Thank you!

My neighborhood Bashas, been going here for over 20 years. Everyone that works there is extremely nice and helpful

Not the usual visit butcher was great cashier also but deli woman told me the bread was frozen
Why not take one that was already made. Forget that what kind of customer service training did you miss?

Went to the Delly for a breakfast burrito and the delly clear charged me more for things I didn't get,
So I went to the customer service and they fixed the problem,

Fine, except they were completely out of several things I wanted, including shredded lettuce, and some of the meat I wanted. I was able to find reasonable substitutes. The produce was very nice looking.

Bashas is won of the nicest stores around as far as just getting groceries and having good deals. It's very convenient easy to park and the people are very friendly.

Standard market. On the smaller side. Covered parking (very important in Arizona summers). Bashas meat is high quality at a great price. Self checkout available. Prompt attention To Customer service desk.

Very friendly staff deli lady was great! I love the fact that you can purchase so many kinds of alcohol & at such reasonable prices!

Handy grocery store in the neighborhood with shaded parking. Employees are knowledgeable and polite.

Always a clean friendly place to shop for quick grab and go items. To expensive to shop for weekly groceries though.

My favorite place to shop! Fresh produce and the best meats! The deli is outstanding and their bakery make the BEST donuts in town!

I love this store because it is walking distance from home. However the prices are substantially higher then if I were to drive to the next grocery store a half mile away.
Friendly cashiers and a very clean store.

The entire sandwich meat section was a week to 10 days prior to exp, as usual, and the deli section had run out of tops for their coffee cups.

Wasn't like this when Eddie was alive.

Need to maintain more cashier hours, especially in holidays, as to accomodate customer questions, needs and directions. The one on Granite Reef and Mcdonald is the particular one im referring to

Bashas' is my favorite supermarket. It has got everything you may need. I love their Pizza and fresh doughnuts.
