Grocery Store Bashas' reviews
22Staff and Manager are always polite and helpful. I go there often because of convenience but would go out of my way if I needed to just to see their smiles.
I love shopping at Bashas on Riggs Rd. Always a great selection of fresh meat, clean isles.easy to find items.friendly staff and the music is just awesome.escape from the heat.visit Bashas~
Pretty comprehensive healthy eating grocery store. Sometimes variety trumps stock. Needs more game meats like venison, elk, etc.
Nice store, if on the small side by today's standards.
Hard to find someone to ask where things are or if there's more of an item that's sold out on the shelf. There doesn't appear to be anyone restocking shelves midday?
Very friendly staff, especially the guy with the mohawk. I didn't catch his name, but I believe he was a supervisor. Great customer service!
Purchased items on sale, good value. They don't automatically give or mention senior discount on first Wednesday of the month.
Love this store and the addition of sushi is great! Tried the California rolls and they were very good!
As far as supermarkets go, Bashas is my most frequented. Their organic section is limited but they are our hometown grocer. I always prefer to shop at local stores where I know that my purchases are benefitting my community.
I will always shop at BASH'S! This family has done more for the valley than you would ever guess. Loyalty goes a long way. Also, if you have a problem with anything- they return your money AND replace product!
Ok. Prices ok on a few things. Staff is friendly. Prices on most things quite high. Older store. Needs reno. Like the location convenience.
Helpful folks here and there.
Some workers seem rude.
Management issues above customer service?
They lock half of the doors for no valid reason at an arbitrary time!
Not a safe idea.
It didn't feel right being locked in.
Bad business practice.
I'll take my business elsewhere.
I like Basha’s. But I’d like the store a lot better if they regularly had angel food cake in the bakery and Breyer’s chocolate-peanut butter ice cream in the ice cream section.
Another good neighborhood store. Our checker seemed to be thinking about something other than engaging with customers standing in front of her. Aloha
Difficult to navigate the store. Snacks are separated by 10 aisles from chips, for example. Often supplies are scarce or not restocked.
Bashas is a wonderful place to shop. The people are friendly and helpful. I really like shopping there as the store is so clean and well-managed.
Thought I already gave a review. It was good. The cashier we had was in need of a nap. I hope she gets it. Aloha
Terrible meat section. They don't know to cut
Meat into steaks. Few vegetable selection bless you only want potatoes and tomatoes.
Cute guys here at this Bashas Blonde guy working Customer service counter tonight 12/29 at 630 is pretty hot and Ryan K is also sexy nice bulge in those Dickie pants I'd like to get on my knees in lane 6
Service at this store often is very poor because lack of open registers and no self check out. The only reason I enter the store is to shop for my mother who lives in Sun Lakes. Sometimes I will drive the extra distance to shop at Safeway or even Frys. Management at this store needs to learn something about customer service.
