Bashas', Buckeye AZ

Last night I stopped in to grab some snacks. The check out clerk/cashier Robert C.was awesome. Not only did he have some of the best customer service I have experienced, he had an incredible attitude and great personality.

He took the time to see the snacks I had, and knew that there was better options and introduced me to them. This is very rare these days to take the time necessary to provide the best experience because some many people are rushing to get through the line.

This truly was the best grocery experience I have ever had.

I must say, I have never had any negative experiences. Everyone is great.

Small store but freshly cut and ground meat. Dounuts and breakfast burritos are good tasting. Staff is generally friendly.

Ok store. Very rude and unhelpful deli staff. Had to just walk away a few times because nobody would help me. They just stare. Weird.

Very convenient store. Don’t see that the prices are higher. In matter of facts they have a lot of specials with real good prices. This place reminds me of old Europe‘s small towns.

Nice place to pickup some quick grocery items. Needs another renovation and a good cleaning including the exterior. Would be great if they could install solar covered parking.

Went to Basha's for the first time. People working there were super friendly, helpful, and made our shopping experience even better. Surely saved a lot of money with all the sales, and everything we needed was easy to find. Definitely will be shopping again here. Thank you very much.

Bashas' is a small local grocery with great pricing and fantastic quality food choices. Their meats are the best I have ever had and their vegetables and fruits are above the rest. They carry almost everything you would find at the big box stores and they are very price comparable. In some cases they are less on many items you would find in the big box stores. They believe in quality food at reasonable prices because they want to be your local grocery store.

I love this store and the people who work here. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the store is small, they don't always have the largest variety.

Premium cuts of meat. Store is smaller than most, but that's a good thing for me. It's less crowded and classier customers

Great ambiance to hang out and eat the prepared food they sell or just enjoy an ice cream, that they also sell.

Single handedly the worst costomer service i have ever recieved, age profiling, racial discrimination, and utterly rude in every way, when i addressed this situation with the manager she had a "talk" with the employee, we proceeded to return to the store for the purchase we were recently denied and the employee out right laughed in our face about the complaint.
I will never give this store MY MONEY again.
If i could rate this 0 stars i would.

High ranking grocery store there in Verrado Arizona for it's high revenue in sales and customer service. Tanya, the Deli manager there is very professional and keeps her department staff there on top of things and makes sure her customers keep coming back for fresh made food from her store department.

Love this little store. Its a neighborhood Market but offers everything you need. Friendly associates.

Verrado Bashas, I was wondering when you'd show up on my timeline. Let me just say the prices aren't the same as some of the other stores, and this seems to be a trend with the Bashas line of grocery stores. Take for instance the Food City in El Mirage, they do not honor the pricing on the sales ads either. Just like the Verrado Bashas. It is really a shame the Fry's hasn't been built yet. This store is nicely kept, however the pricing issue is something weights and measures needs to look into.

Despite it's small size, convenience and location for Verrado area residents and decent selection make this a highly rated grocery store.but, with slightly higher prices.

Five star rating across the board! Clean, staff is knowledgeable and friendly, great selection of specialty foods. Very well managed store!

We live just up the highway in the Tartesso community and we just discovered that Basha's has a scaled down store in Verrado.
We wish that Basha's would do the same sort of thing in our community, I'm sure it would always be busy.

Tucked away grocery store. Clean but very pricey. Either buy from here or drive 20 mins to next store.

The grocery store is fine, the deli counter sucks, breakfast burritos are really just egg and a potato or two, pizza even was gross, tasted like the inside of a warm oven with nothing in it. All around bland as hell.
