Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s Boating Center, Mesa AZ

You know things are bad when the employees are recommending other places to shop for the items you need. Not sure they understand how business works

Bass pro, I love this place, especially when I meet people like Bill in the camping section and Wayne at customer service and Jonathan at the men’s department. We ended up buying a smoker here today and bought different cast iron pots and pans. LODGE ARE THE BEST!

Enjoyed my visit to Bass Pro Shops in Mesa AZ … 1st time in this location … one of my favorite chains for quality and selection!

Alot of intresting things to ser/Watch, beutiful waterfall/River, animals (fake sculpures) clothing, sports gear such as arching kayak, huntung basically.

Best place in town for outdoor goods. They got everything.
Bring your wallet cause the cash in your pockets won't be enough!

All the workers are rude and zero customer service seems like I'm bothering them whenever I ask a question

Excellent customer service, Carlos and James were very helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all courteous. I'm handicap and they show their concerns and made sure that I was treated with respect kindness and professionalism. Also I needed some ammo and James went the extra mile he made his recommendations and went and got it for me as I have trouble moving about. I highly recommend this place and it's staff. Two thumbs ups to Carlos and James. Keep up the excellent service again thank you for making my experience an excellent one.

Absolutely the largest Bass Pro Shop in the US. Great staff and products. Best place to get your outdoor needs.

Drove all the way down from North Scottsdale to buy a boat. There was no one to help us. After waiting at least 15 minutes someone answered our page for boat help. They were NOT knowledgeable. We waisted our time. Will never depend upon what we hear that they are such a great store. They are not

My first purchase of a firearm from BP. Procedures were followed. Appropriate paperwork and background checks. Making sure to screen for those who are able to purchase guns legitimately. Well done BP.

Not quite the happening place it used to be. The restaurant is closed down. The staff on the floor seemed hard to find. The one bright exception was an older gentleman in the upstairs camping section. He actually approached me to see if he could help in any way. He was polite and friendly. We exchanged a few words. It was the most pleasant encounter I had that whole day.

Poor service from staff. Prices are a bit high. Need to drop prices or improve customer service. I'll shop local merchants only in the future.

We LOVE coming here because it's an experience every time. We love shopping here and the staff is always friendly.

Just finished shopping with my husband and toddler and we had an awesome experience checking out with Cashier Darling S! Just wanted to give her a shout out and say thank you for such friendly prompt service! We always have fun shopping here because of the selection and atmosphere, our daughter loves looking at the fish and taxidermy, and we always find what we’re shopping for. But today the excellent service at the cash register was really the cherry on top! Thank you:)

This place was much better than I'd expected. It was a very close comparison to Cabela's. The staff were great and I found what I was looking for and then some. Crazy to think I've been living just blocks away for 3-yrs and it was my first visit of many to come.
