Bath & Body Works, Glendale AZ

I’m giving 5 stars because Fatima was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the men’s products.she was super nice and was able to explain the promotion going on.we bought some body lotions and body washes for men and also some car fresheners! At the end we had some concerns about our receipt because we didn’t understand the final discounts and she went over every detail with us. Thank you fatima for helping us out on our first visit to bath & body works!

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we found everything we wanted. On a side note we bought a room fragrance plug in holder and several scents. We can hardly smell it and we didn't realized the beautiful fall light plug was so tall that our plug in is very limited.

The employee Celina was very helpful. Great experience. I think that’s how she spelled her name. Thanks!

My coupon was expired but she said they will honor 3 days before start and 3 days after expiration. Got lots of great gifts!

Went to test out some hand sanitizers and find a new one. I asked "Where are your hand sanitizer testers? " got looked at like I was stupid and treated so rude I couldn't even believe. I left and walked in and out a few times for their conversion.

I have had pretty good service here normally but Nikki is exceptional! If I could just give her 5 stars I would. Everytime I've gone into the store she has been very helpful and nice. Great customer service! Thanks!

The staff is amazing I was looking for a particular candle scent, and they didn't hesitate to look for it or help me find similar scents. Sadden to find out they no longer give out matches due to minors starting fires!

I love the products and the extremely relaxed environment of this place, only problems I have is that the products are a little bit costly and the lines are horrendous. Great products though.

This bath and Bodyworks store is located inside arrowhead Towne Center. The store is always clean and very well organized. They always have samples of each fragrance lotion so that you can try it on before you buy it. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Melissa spent quite a few minutes with me helping me find a fragrance that wasn’t too overwhelming for me. Definitely recommend this store!

From walking by enjoying smells to taking advantage of sales or a free sampling of lotions.this is a place for environmental and body renewal.

I love going too bath and body there's always a Puerto Rica girl that helps me she's super sweet. Thank you bath and body always make my day just to shop there. And for that good customer services.

Bath and Body Works & White Barn Candle Stores are always a sure bet for me.
Never been in one I've never liked. Clerks are helpful but not super bothersome. You know the kind that ask you 20 times can I help you?

Loud, crowded and all messed up. I paid 6.50 for two hand soaps that were supposed to be 3.00. Now that's messed up!

Sales associate was knowledgeable about the scents that for my taste. Checkout line was reasonable for a Friday night.

I love the products here- ALL of them! And they frequently have sale or good deals, so it is always worth a look.

The body washes are my favorite and they don't leave my skin dried out.

Weekends are CRAZY BUSY so come during the week if you hate crowds.

Eh bbw has tried too hard and spread out too thin in product this one is no worse or better than others I have been in I'm just moving away from the store

It's ok there Corp is trying to become the as seen on TV store and I find quality dropping bad maybe they cant buy good quality at an affordable price anymore.
