Bath & Body Works, Goodyear AZ

Me and my son love shopping at bath and body works. Everything smells amazing except for Japanese cherry blossom but that's not the point. My son was sniffing the hand sanitizers and since it smelled so good he ate some and now I'm in the hospital because he got sick,

The ONLY reason I started shopping at Bath & Body Works is because of Isaac Ortiz' great suggestions on candle scents. I use to buy my candles from the grocery store but it's because of Isaac that I am obsessed with B&BW candles, especially the Eucalyptus and the patchouli candles.

Lots of stuff, but never what you are looking for because they don't have it in stock. You can sample it but you can't have it. Specially when you are traveling and need it right away. That's the biggest issue, then is the steep prices, but wait.if you buy this many, you get. And that's how the get you. Shop at your own risk and wallet ‍️

The atmosphere was great. The employees were so helpful and made my shopping a breeze. Highly recommend shopping at this building.

Love this location. The store is always beautifully arranged and all the representatives are always very nice and helpful.

Ppl following me around in store. Do much to choose from. & they want you in & out. Maybe because its a smaller store.

Hi … I’ve been an shopper of Bath & Body Works for as long as I can remember. Love all their products, buying for my home and always as gifts. I wanted to tell you I’ve really enjoyed being greeted by a gentleman named Isaac… he’s only smiling, friendly, kind and funny too. I love his enthusiasm for his job and always has made great suggestions of of new items I probably will love to add to my collection. I know you cannot clone him to have him working at all your stores … but if there was a way… he’d be my first pick! See you soon for more goodies. Linda

I don’t know about anyone else but the last several years the candles have hardly no scent! Purchased 500.00 online candles and went to swap out the candles for a stronger scent and was denied? This was my happy place too! Sorry others had to ruin it for people whom just want what they paid for. I guess my family and I will be taken our business elsewhere, unfortunately seems we spent combined 2k just this fall Christmas season! Sadly disappointed!

Went To This Location On Christmas Week Shopping For My Wife. One Of The Workers Name Isaac Really Helped Me Shop For My Wife. He Was Really Respectful, Outgoing And Knew What He Was Talking About. My Wife Loved All The Things I Got Her. Thank You Very Much Isaac, He Deserves A Raise

Probably the worst customer service ever. Had multiple employees standing around staring at me waiting to check out yet no one would help. Asked Chevaun and she just looked at me and walked away. Legit had to ask two different employees to get help. Yikes.

I love this specific store because even if it's a long line to pay, they get you in an out.

I got a great deàl with coupons añd a good start on a gift basket. Otherwise I think the prices are out of this world. A glass candle for 25.99? It was Buy 2 get two free but I don't want 4 candles!
