I really love how they started doing the lines, it makes getting in and out and doing my rounds a lot more easier

The manager at the Park Place mall (older, heavy set lady, not the younger one) does not think these candles are defective. She lights one of the candles and blew the flames out after about 5 seconds and told me they work fine. Absurd! It has to burn for a while until the entire surface of the wax has melted and that's when you see the wicks drowning in the melted wax and the flames get really small. You can see from the way the other candle melted that one of the wicks won't even stay lit. She then tells me that they can't exchange it because they've been used significantly. Right, but that's because the issues with the wicks did not start until halfway down. I've been a loyal customer of this store for many years, and this is the second time I've returned candles with defective wicks, but the first time I've had an issue with an employee. The manager did not even initially bother to ask me what was wrong with the candles. She just said outright that they've been heavily used so I can't exchange them. I had to assert myself, but even then, she stuck to her lousy customer service by saying there's nothing wrong with the candles. As far as I'm concerned, it's time to buy candles somewhere else.

Too much to choose from. Some of the scents are too much. Not a huge fan of the newer stuff.

Clean store and helpful employees who were polite and courteous as well. Was able to find what I wanted

Would prefer discounts on single items rather than having to BOGO or reach a certain sales quota. Many nice products, just don't need a lot at one time

This place has always been my favorite for any type of body care if you want something that smells really nice and they have a natural aromatherapy line that is truly amazing. I especially love the eucalyptus mint hand lotion as well as the orange ginger Bergamot. I'm glad they are still at the Foothills Mall and they are about the only ones left besides the movie theater LOL

Went here because I ordered online to pick up, never got an email, never got a receipt. Never said which items they were out of and I had some items missing. Manager very, very rude, I felt bad I was bothering her on such a busy Saturday to look for and find my order and an explanation why the products I ordered were missing. I wont be back in person, will shop another store or have delivered to the house. If you like bad service from the top go here! No thanks.

I went for the semi annual sale as I always do. The bath and body works at the Arizona mills mall in Phoenix is way better in terms of product availability but this is closer to my house. Selection is ok and staff are willing to help you look for a scent.

Received a gift card from my realtor so stopped in the location at the Park place Mall
There wasn't much bath and body going on at the store it was mostly candles lots of candles spoke with a representative everyone was very nice they have a larger selection on online

Totally ridiculous that this location opens at 11am. I mean it's in the mall and all the other stores open at 10am. That's way to late to open

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I was asked if I needed help. When I asked for a specific scent instead of pointing in the direction the employee took me to the exact spot and made sure I was satisfied.

We'll lit, staff is nice and helpful. The layout is nice. Still can get crowded and hard to move around up front.

Don't bother with this BBW. Management assured me that they had promotional ideas so we drove clear out of our way to Park Place BBW just to find that she lied about it. If management doesn't work with integrity.you're better off going to one of the other amazing stores in Tucson.

What gives you the right to tell me I have to wear a mask? If you had half a Brain you would realize that unless it's a filtered mask it does no good.

The one star is for the GM. Well she says she's the Gm. Hope the owners or corporate sees how she likes to treat there military. Well wife and I walk by and see a sign for a great special which we purchase all the time from here. I'm not even sure what the special was just know it was very very good. So we wait in the line get inside my wife gets the ones she wants and we go to check out. Rang up a different price not even close to the one we seen walking by. Associate says let me check and comes over with who claims to be the GM. I asked her to honor the sign she laughed at us and told us the sign was forgotten to be taken down. We ask them to honor it again and still nope. We were still going to purchase everything but did ask her if they did military discount. We get laughed at again by this B of a lady. She walks away laughing then we hear her tell another person that works there that I think I'm entitled because I served and she doesn't know why people like me come in there when I can't afford her store. I was beyond angry. Asked who or what gives her the rite to judge anyone and she lost customers. She then tell me directly she don't want people like me in her store anyways. She for sure doesn't need to be in this position or ever work for customers again in her life I was just asking if they give the military because I wouldn't know iey or any place does unless we ask. I really am hoping someone that's her boss sees this. Thank no one should ever be treated this wY at all. Thank you fir your time.

So many new fragrance, bottles and candles. I always love stopping in to smell what is new.

Perfect B&BW outing. It's the second happiest place on earth. They were super busy but had more than enough staff to help me when I had questions. It always smells Ah-mawzing and everything is glittery and sparkly.

It's been a long since I been there. Service was great, spent more money than I planned on. There was no sale but am worth it.

One of my favorite ones in Arizona. The staff was beyond helpful and was super sweet. I left my coupon in the car and they held my stuff while I went to go get it. They made me feel less guilty about buying so much stuff haha. I loved the new fall line this year. Overall, worth the drive!
