Bath & Body Works, Peoria AZ

This is my favorite place for anything that smells good & believe me they have everything, they’re even coming out with laundry detergent I LOVE bath & body!

Store is nice and clean. I really like the hand soaps. However, if you want to just browse the selection, good luck. My wife and I were meet with aggressive hospitality, which would be great if I had questions, but I just wanted to look and smell on my own. We made it clear several times we were not interested in what the staff had to say, yet we were having things put near our face to smell by them followed with a whole lecture of the product. I get you have to sell stuff, but when customers are not interested in your hospitality, please don't continue to engage. No I don't want to smell the bubble gum hand sanitizer that you put near my face.

Very friendly staff and a very well stcked store that will overload you in scents, cleanliness and lotions!

This location seemed a bit small compared to some of the others I've visited. There was one lady that was a little pushy and kept spraying all the fragrances and fanning them in your face. A little too much. It made me a little whoozie and I couldn't find my coupon. Next thing we knew, there was a girl who had to be taken outside. Then she had a medical emergency and emwas sprawled on the ground. It was a very hot day. There should be a law that businesses have bottled water on hand. She may have attended the outdoor market as we had. People were selling natural fruit drinks for like $12-25 a bottle.

This location is always nice and tidy and employees are always so nice, welcoming & helpful, even though I came in right before closing.

Love this store! Great products and sales. Shelby was amazing. She took the time to walk me through the essential oil products and helped me make some wonderful choices.

Clean store, best selection, don't have to wait long in lines. The staff is super friendly and they all seem very happy in there. Best location and customer service by far.

I went to buy my Niece a Christmas present & the ladies that work here are awesome! This was my first time at this location they helped me w the questions I had & helped me find the right gift for her. Only thing I didn't like is that my nose went crazy w all the smells afterwards everything pretty much smelled the same, but great service & the place wasn't too packed.
