The fragrances were all locked up, when I want to buy I don't want to constantly ask for help by an overworked associate who keeps locking up the cases like we are going to steal something I was trying to find a fragrance that was good for my wife, and I had to settle for something that wasn't that great. When we go we are not just looking for female fragrance, we are looking for MALE fragrance as well, and we couldn't find enough help, so we got something cheap and left

Despite the crowd and holiday frantic shopping, the employees were calm and smiling. Everything in the store was in it's place. Employees were working together to help the cashier's get swaps or grab that 4th free product. Worth the traffic and parking to come here and get some last minute gifts and stocking stuffers!

This store is amazing! The customer service is on point and the selection is huge! Glad to have this store at the Spectrums!

It is my favorite place, all the smells you are looking for, you can find them for ladies, gentlemen and children, I recommend it, there are many offers, it is available in Spanish.

I love bath & body works. My wife love the store also. There is many scented soaps and body washes. It sucks we can't get them all. But a few at a time will do. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Visit a store near you. We know you'll love it.

They always have good stuff. A lady recommended me a good cologne mist that's bamboo&surf. Love it. I might have to buy it again xD.

If you've been to one of these stores, you know what to expect. They are the same everywhere you go. Seems like they feel there is only so much soap and lotion they can sell because the store now features candles EVERYWHERE.
