I have nothing but positives to say with my experience with Bathfitters for a shower upgrade! The salesman Art was not pushy at all, and completely listened/understood my needs. In addition, I was able to order and receive my new shower within TWO WEEKS! During instillation I had Russell arrive on time and he was in and out just under 6 hours! I was worried with one person it would take longer but he knocked it out of the park! Honestly if you need a shower remodel that won’t break the bank but still is completed professionally give Bathfitters a call. With their Lifetime Warrenty it’s a great deal and value.

Jordan was our installer. He did awesome work. He was prompt and courteous. He cleaned up the wirksite after project was complete. He provided us with all of the information we needed to keep our new shower in great condition.

Everything was done within the promised timeframe and he communicated with me throughout the process. He cleaned up everything after done which I appreciate. Denis was a fantastic person to work with for designing our small downstairs bathroom. Russell and Andrew were outstanding at executing the install. Here’s pics of before, after tub demo, then finished install. We are so pleased that we are having them remodel our 2 upstairs bathrooms next. It was even noticed at demo that my husband had hung our wall cabinet upside down and they rehung it correctly.

My master bathroom was definitely in need of a shower upgrade. Bath Fitter did the job! From the in-home consultation to the final installation, the experience was top notch. Our installation by Bryce and Russ was professional and well done. Also, the warranty on the work is unprecedented compared to any other company out there. Definitely worth the time to check them out!

Russ & Jordan were very professional & my shower turned out great thank you Bath Fitter.

Unprofessional installation. There are areas where there are gaps for water and or moisture to penetrate into the walls. A piece of molding was cracked and glued in place. The soap holder was glued on and has sticky glue around it. I’m going to file a complaint with the Az Registrar of Contractors to get help. I paid full price for a cheesy job that will not hold up over time.

Russell could not have been better; on time, easy to work with and obviously knew what he was doing. Our walk-in shower looks great. He answered all of our questions and cleaned up well afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend Bathfitters to my friends and neighbors or to use them again.

Bath Fitter tub, shower wall, and bath fixtures were professionally installed by Steven, who showed up right on time, and patiently answered my questions. Bath area looks brand new again. A very positive customer experience.

Was very happy with my rep "Art", George did a wonderful job installing my step in shower.but I was not happy with the grab bar, it has a rusty look in the center. I spoke with Kristina and she said "I had to pay my bill in full before she could help me with my disatisfaction". The same day I soke to Brittany, and she said " I've never heard of such a policy. " Brittany said she would have a manger get back to me.it has been over 2 weeks. So now they have their money, and I have no satisfaction.

Russell and Ken from Bath Fitter came to install our tub. They were professional and hard working guys. Both were courteous to our 3 year old site foreman who came to inspect their work. Excellent service. Clean install.
