On Tuesday, 10/31/2023 at about 6: 45pm, my motorcycle suddendly lost all electrical & battery power at 67 Ave & Thomas, Phoenix, Az. It was dark outside and very heavy curb-to-curb traffic.
I called BatteriesPlus with Roni answering. After telling Roni my distressing situation and breakdown sumptoms, Roni recommended a Duracell battery replacement, accepted my credit card payment, and then deivered it to my breakdown location within a few minutes. After verifying my Government Issued Photo ID & credit card, Roni provided the battery and assisted me with the install.
Motorcycle Problem Solved! And I was able to cancel the tow truck.
Roni refused my cash tip, stating that providing everbody great customer service is his job. BatteriesPlus Store 462 and Roni are now my go-to supplier. THANK YOU!
They installed a Samsung note plus screen for us and they treated us very well, with first-class service and completely in Spanish.

Happy to see Batteries Plus open in my neighborhood. I was glad they had a battery for my Citizen Quartz watch. They also had special batteries for my flashlight. They saved me a stop at auto parts store by having turn signal bulbs for my automobile. I loved the convenience of one stop shopping.
This store is new. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. They also do cell phone repairs. I highly recommend.
