Another place promised they had the part and I could get my phone back the same day. When I got there, it was a different story (16th St & Camelback). Batteries Plus honestly told me they'd have to order the battery (my Note 10 batt has swelled). They said it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. They were also $10 less expensive than the other place.

They fixed my like-new phone in about an hour- and gave me a discount on top of the lower price. My phone looks like new again- very happy with the service Batteries Plus provided. (and their integrity)

Good place to find any battery or bulb you need they also have allot of chargers and flashlights.service can be hit or miss

Super nice, fixed my iPhone XR in less than 20 minutes for $150. I had found a few quotes a bit cheaper farther away, but they were very fast and convenient. Definitely recommend if you need a quick fix.

We went in to exchange our dead Jeep Rubicon battery for a new one.
They accept old cell phone batteries for recycling. But they do charge a few cents for that service.

Do NOT get ur phone fixed here! They will ruin ur phone more than wat u brought it in as. I took my phone here twice and my roommate took their phone 4 Times and. Each time the phones lasted literally less than 3 days and each time they said sorry we cnt help u have to pay to fix it again. THEY WILL FINESSE YOU! My iphone 8+ lasted 5 days and my whole screen was falling off and my software stopped working. Once again don't go here.

Full disclosure: I went here to have a lithium polymer battery recycled and they could not take it, even though they advertise they can on their website.
The clerk did point me to a battery recycling center I was already familiar with, though they aren't open on weekends.
Smart bulb selection is limited to Genie brand, no Philips Hue.

Batteries Plus has the products I want and need, the staff is capable. Marcos has great patience and a careful approach to the auto battery replacement process. He changed the battery in my Infiniti G37 that has a ridiculous amount of housing and shroud assembly that must be disassembled just to access the battery bracket. Marcos did everything perfectly, putting all of the parts back exactly and leaving no fasteners undone.

Had the battery I needed at a great price (for a Prius)! Where else are you gonna get that battery? And if you find it, where else can you get such a great price?

If you need an odd size battery, or repair of many cell phones this is the place. Staff knowledge and friendly. Same for hard to find bulbs.

Came in with a dead motorcycle battery. Lady at store said to let her try charging it rather than replace it. A few hours later they called, my battery was toast. Thing is- she tried to save me money. Customer service is very important to me and I felt that she was trying to do the right thing as opposed to selling a battery. I didnt mind coming back as its 80 bucks for the new one. Ive been coming here for years and always have been happy with the service and products.
