Batteries Plus Bulbs, Scottsdale AZ

Do not bother wasting your time or your money with these bums. They were supposed to order replacement parts for a phone repair and NEVER entered any information into their computer system - NEVER ordered the parts.

They may sell batteries - but clearly the lights are not on.

I do a lot of business with Batteries Plus, I think I’ve been to every store in the valley. I had to go to this store because my favorite store off Cave Creek caught fire last week. I had the displeasure of interacting with Scarlet who was so rude, I hated every minute of conversing with her. I had to issue a return and she appeared angry that I was returning something. Her attitude was so rotten it was unbearable. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the other BP’s. I’ll do my best to avoid this store in the future. BP is a good retailer but don’t go to this store.

I had an appointment to have a battery replaced in my IPhone. Made the appointment online and also spoke to the store the day before who confirmed it would be about a 30-40 minute appointment.
. They texted me in the morning of my appointment reminding me of the time to be there. I arrived on time and what do you know, the guy at the counter says the tech won’t be there for several hours. He said you can leave your phone all day. Seriously?
Super unprofessional and they totally wasted my time. The posted times available on their website, they don’t really have those times available so, you’ll make the appointment, they don’t call you ahead of time to let you know they don’t have a tech and you wasted gasoline, time and effort to get there and you never got the service they promised. The website is very user-friendly, then, called the Scottsdale store and had a car battery installed there. Julio was great and helped me tremendously on the phone and, when I got there, Ryan installed the battery. Both were courteous and helpful. This is my first trip to Batteries plus Bulbs but I will use you often in the future. Thank you for having such a great group of employees.michael walt

The technicians were diligent and timely in getting parts, keeping me advised, and by completing warranty repairs when the battery began swelling inside my phone and popped the cover off of it. I was very impressed.

My 2016 Infiniti Q50 3T Premium battery decided to die today. I called 18 different stores to see who had a battery and ONLY BATTERIES PLUS had it. I have no alternative vehicle to pick the battery up and I was told they could come to my home and do the install for $38. Before calling them I called 7 mobile battery install places and all were over $200 just for labor.
Bob came out, had great communication, was efficient and installed my battery. I am beyond impressed with the customer service, going above and beyond to help, keeping inventory and having 10% off savings from ordering online. Thank you for helping me today. Customer for life! Highly recommended!

Great experience, Bob cut and programmed a key for a '19 Ford F150 Raptor I bought with only 1 key. I was in and out in no time, for 1/3 the dealer price and without having to get an appointment. Definitely coming here if I ever need another key.thanks!

I ordered a battery for an iPad 2 weeks ago and put down a 50% deposit because the battery had to be special ordered. It was supposed to be in on January 5th and they were supposed to call me. No word on the 5th so I called them. No answer during normal store hours. Called again on the 6th and spoke to a woman who said they were unpacking boxes and she would call me shortly. No call. Called again today and spoke to the same woman who said the battery had not even been ordered. They needed to wait till the order size was bigger. SERIOUSLY! I told her to cancel and refund my money. She could have cared less. She said I had to go into the store. Talk about adding insult to injury. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Great service.hard to say nowadays. Perfect service.quick response and didn't have to ask someone else that knew more than he did.

My daughter's iPhone was badly damaged, and after taking it to a couple of other places with no luck, Sandra at the Scottsdale store was able to fix the phone perfectly.

This business receives old computer equipment for AzStrut free of charge. AzStrut trains students to repair/build computers.

I ordered a motorcycle battery online, for store pickup. The process was smooth and flawless. The order was processed within an hour or so. I received an email notification that it was ready for pickup. I called ahead to make sure it would be charged when I would pick it up. I got to the store and called for curbside pickup. The store delivered the battery to me and I did the Core exchange and it was very easy and quick.

The battery itself is working great so far, zero complaints. The price was very fair and competitive for my area. I will definitely shop here again and I hope they will keep curbside pickup as an option.

Highly recommend! My note 9 screen was broken for months. I hadn't had it repaired because I couldn't leave my phone somewhere for hours. Scarlett was able to fix my screen in less than 30 minutes! No hassle, REASONABLE cost, in and out. WOWZA!

Called in, had my purchases checked and was told by a guy that yes, I bought it 1.5 yrs ago and full 48 month replacement. 28 mile round trip drive.was greeted by a young woman who couldn't be bothered to look up battery sizes fitting each of my three BMWs. Was told that the vehicle I drove there was not on record. A quick look at the batt showed that I purchased it here. In the meantime, no record of the purchase I made for the batt I needed replaced. I tried to get on their website while in the store, but their horrible Microsoft website was down and out. I returned home empty handed and absolutely committed to never buying anything from Batteries Plus after spending nearly $800 in the past 8-9 years.

Great attitude and service. Old school service and attitude - how refreshing. Even saw them rightsized a quote and not try and upsell something another customer disn't need.

Looked up the type of battery I needed- one for a VTech cordless phone - online, placed order, indicated that I would pick up at store, received notification order was ready. Easy! Susan, at the store was wonderful!

The crew was friendly and efficient. Bob checked out my old battery and installed a new one. I had my car back much faster than I thought.

Excellent service.did not have battery I needed in stock at this store so went to another branch and had it the next morning. WOW
