Bayless Integrated Healthcare, Bella Vista, Phoenix AZ

While currently in treatment with a therapist at Bayless, I haven't got it all figured out yet, but I can tell you that my therapist genuinely cares about me and my devotion to reach my goals. I definitely benefit from the help I am receiving and I am grateful.

Simple setup for the virtual appointment. Friendly reminders & assistance. It allows you to worry about what you should be worrying about.

I love my doctor at Bayless and the support staff is always friendly and helpful. Virtual visits have made managing my care possible and is a lifesaver. Great group!

Mark was fantastic with the intake process for our son and was extremely empathetic and professional.

Bayless Integrated Bella Vista is a wonderful medical and behavioral wellness center in one office. This seamless care provides a patient with every avenue to maintain proper health. I have seen PA Renata Whitlock a number of times and I feel so lucky to have her as my go to health professional. She brings so much positive energy and guidance with all my health needs. The staff and personnel here are very kind and polite. Honesty goes a long way, and its nice that the physicians respect that and don't judge or try put you in a category, I transferred as a paitent from Lifewell, and Lifewell is a joke compared to this Bayless location. Thank you Bayless for helping me make my life journey as I sort all my mental/emotional hurdles.

RENATE WHITLOCK is HORRIBLE.
She’s so rude and unprofessional. She was so pushy to get me on birth control pill, when I was interested in the shot.
She acts like she’s better than every one.
She charges my insurance $240.00! Because I didn’t agree with her on a medication. $37.00 for pregnancy test and $22.00 for medical services. She should find a different profession, she’s getting a little old and her attitude shows it.

I would like to give Alex my praise for once again giving me excellent Patient Service. Over the last couple of months he has gone above and beyond to coordinate my care in unusual circumstances. He always is very knowledgeable in what he needs to do to coordinate that care. He is patient and compassionate and always listens to my need and then professionally provides the courteous service that is very much appreciated. Five stars for Alex. The rest of Bayless staff is professional and courteous in there providing excellent patient care.

They always mess up on my scripts. Every time I go in there they tell me they sent my prescriptions and they never do and I have to end up calling and calling for days. It's ridiculous. No one should have to go through this when they really need their medication.

They no longer accept AHCCCS effective Feb 1,2020. Considering the location and lack of actual MD/Psychiatrists on staff I sincerely doubt someone with third party insurance would willing go here. They are nice but I only see AHCCCS and Medicaid patients here. And I wouldnt spend a $40 deductible to see a PA for mental health:/

Dr Raby is excellent. I see her monthly and she always makes my appointment feel comfortable. She’s booked solid so definitely make sure to schedule appointments well in advance, but I assure you she’s a rockstar!

A whole lot of staff not doing anything. The Dobson location with Dr. Marcus is much better. I've never had to wait like I did here.and there was nobody in front of me or with the doc.just a lot of people doing nothing.it's crazy.

The phone system is the absolute worst. They transfer you so it loops right back or they transfer you to a voicemail.

AND they forgot to order my medication TWICE!

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE, THEY DON’T CARE AND YOU WILL DIE BEFORE THEY SEE YOU!

I currently have been a patient at Bayless for two years. My own experience with Dr. Holiday has been better than I ever could have imagined. She has always been there when I needed assistance and has helped support me through my life's ups and downs, by always showing empathy and her support no matter what life throws at me. I could not be more grateful for the service and support provided by everyone at Bayless.

I wanna start by saying this place you guys run is a well oiled machine. I have been going to a clinic for a while and it's night and day difference. I just started there and I can tell it's going to be a nice experience.

The Psychiatrist and Therapist! Bayless is a great please to with your not feeling so good. You can learn skills to do as well as medication if needed. Please never be afraid or let others people say bad things about you. Getting behavioral health should be taken care of. You should never feel ashamed I know how hard it can be. I have suffered a tremendous amount of loss and abuse in my life and I made it through only thinking about the good times, It was hard but the Lord gave me exactly what I asked for a normal life. The Lord gave me what I asked for husband kids a job Bill's. Let's be honest can't get any more normal than that. It's time we fight for better behavior health care. I t is long over due. Iinthis country. Be proud of who you are and how you are feeling and help others that may not be able to help themself

I've been a patient here for almost 2 years. One of the things I love best is that this is an integrated practice. It's like one stop shopping. I've been very lucky with the provider's I have seen, as I always feel like I'm getting the best attention while they are in the room with me.
