Baymont by Wyndham Tucson Airport

I’ve stayed here twice in the last two weeks. I never had a problem. The rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only gripe was the toilets were a little short. I have bad knees. But after what happen yesterday morning, I am just feel so bad for the staff and owner about the fire. I was one of the guests staying when it happened. Glad no one was hurt, but there is so much damage.: - (It was a nice hotel.

The hotel requires a $150 deposit in addition to the room fee at check in which is not disclosed when you make the reservation. It is 1 week later and the hotel has not credited my account for the deposit

Rooms very clean and free of cigarette smell. Very comfortable beds and very good attention.

Staff was great and friendly but the airport is really close so depending upon where your room is it can be teeth rattling. They have slippery tiles in the bathroom area, like black ice it can be dangerous, certainly to the elderly, so be careful and safe. Rug is kind of shabby and needs a steam clean so bring slippers or be prepared to wash the soles of your feet

Pillows are so small. We were woken up to another guest walking into our room after we had gone to sleep (rented our room out twice), startled us so badly we didn't get much sleep.

We had a wonderful stay, and very honest, I forgot my ring and I call them and Ben was very polite and they found my ring thank you very much to the lady who found it and thank you to Ben we really appreciate the good thing was that we were able to pick up, I really recommend this Hotel

The service is very good, well attended, very dirty elevators, but in general good, if I would book again

Check In was a mess but got it resolved, our stay was fine until I decided to take a shower, there was an emergency and they shut off the water with no warning mid shower. I didn't have the chance to rinse for about 20 min, person at the front desk told us there was nothing they could do which I get but there was no type of warning at all. No one was at the desk to check out so we left our keys I was charged the $150 deposit that I was told would not be charged " it would just be a hold" still trying to get that back.

So, based on the pictures of the rooms you are renting, this hotel is definitely not in those pictures. Most people rent the rooms based on the room they see. These rooms are definitely outdated. When coming into the room, we found the bathroom in need of repairs, so we took pictures and showed the front desk, and he said that's okay. Um, the shower head is not on the wall, so you have to hold it while showing. The pillow had blood on it. Wyndham is really dropping the ball on the hotels they use. The only good thing I can say is it was very quiet here. But if you are looking at the rooms because of how they look, don't bother because it is not this hotel.

Great price but the rooms are kinda icky. The drapes in the room had stains on them from the air conditioner. The bathroom is kind of outdated. You get what you pay for.

They scammed me with the reservation and the online payment and the number they gave me does not exist

The bathroom was filthy. Dried urine and hair were on the back of the toilet. We were moved to another room. The toilet was clean but the hinge for the seat was broken. The carpet throughout the property had not been swept recently. All in all a disgusting stay.

After my fuel pump left me stranded 7 hours waiting for a tow, looking for a room at 1 in the morning, I walked out of Hampton inn, La Quinta and the Hilton- (because I was paying with a debit card I would be charged a deposit fee which is reimbursed after checkout but takes days to go back in my account! Crazy was to do business. I desperately just wanted a bath and comfy bed, not that horse manure. So I walked to my fourth place, Baymont by Wyndham,
And from there on everything was heaven sent. Prompt quick easy check-in, nice clean, quiet room, with fridge and microwave. I slept like a queen and enjoyed their wonderful coffee and a breakfast bar that was much more than I expected and well cared for by the attendant throughout the morning. Their orange juice was absolutely delicious. For my one night stay here, I was actually surprised at how nice all the staff was
And how clean everything looked. Highly recommended! Loved that they didn’t charge a security deposit if paying with a debit card.

It's a great budget place to spend the nights while visiting the Tucson area. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is included, hit waffles, toast and bagles. Many eateries are within 5 miles of drive.

Great motel for being the cheapest in town. They had good beds, hot water, and the breakfast was great. There were some details I’ll have ignore since the price was low. But if you need a painter I know one I’d go again

Great service and staff but man this place is not safe for children at all, broken door locks so anyone could be under the stairs waiting and the pool is closed down which if I would have known before reserving without a refund being an option I would have gone next door to the other hotel.

This hotel was nasty! I would never stay here, or even recommend it to someone I hate. There were holes in the walls and areas where other holes were patched. The trim was falling off, the bathroom was dirty with hair and dust. There were handprints on the bed headboard, some of the outlets didn't work and stains on the towels, pillow covers, and lampshades. They do not provide a shuttle to the hotel, which was within walking distance- I walked. I did not eat breakfast, as I would not trust their food. I put a napkin into the peephole, as it was the size of a dime, and propped the iron board in front of the door because I did not feel safe. The occupants in the room above me were so loud, I had to call the front desk. At 2 am, I gave up. DO NOT STAY HERE

A good value hotel near the airport. Quiet rooms considering closeness to airport. Good breakfast. Great staff; very helpful. Would return.
