First time in, staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I have scheduled my next appt with with Emily! So glad I found this place.

I went to BBV from a referral. It’s a bit nervy to go to a new salon, new stylist you know nothing about. BBV made my appt with Emily. Emily is friendly & listened to what I wanted. She did a beautiful job. I’m very happy with Emily & will continue having my hair done by Emily.

Absolutely loved the service. The staff was very sweet and attentive. Veronica did an absolute amazing job with my haircut and helped me take the leap into layers and styling. Absolutely will be coming here from now on!

A friend referred me and I had my 1st appointment about 1 month ago. The journey there was terrifying as several motorists were driving very unsafely, in addition the I-10 was a mess. Sometimes those bad traffic days just happen. Needless to say, I arrived upset and frazzled. The kind, calm and professional manner of the receptionist and my new stylist were exceptional, and helped me feel much better. After the therapeutic wash and scalp massage, I was in another world. I left feeling much better about my hair and I was no longer dreading the trip home. I'll definitely be back.:)

BBV Salon blew all my expectations out of the water. After a hair catastrophe with my previous stylist, I scheduled with Dolores at BBV Salon for some damage control. Veronica and her staff were extremely professional and tend all the tiny details. I felt doted on hand and foot as soon as I walked into the salon. Scheduling is quick and simple, the front desk is very attentive. Dolores is a magician with hair I've never been so happy with a haircut and color. Dolores worked her magic and transformed my hair and it feels even healthier than before. She gave me the most luxurious looking demential brown color. Not to mention the products they use are top notch. I definitely left with some great product recommendations. Dolores will give you the hair of your dreams, what an artist!

My hair is very fine and straight so it's hard to find a style that doesn't go flat on me. The haircut I got was so flattering and Dolores knew what suited me even better than I did. I cannot recommend Veronica and her staff enough. Get scheduled with Dolores quick, she books up fast!

Today my 11 year old daughter wanted a trim and we stopped in to BBV. The atmosphere was so inviting and place looked amazing. The receptionist was so friendly they offer any type of drink you could possibly want including Adult beverages. We were very lucky to be matched up with Emily she did a fantastic job. Veronica came over and talked for awhile. She is a very pleasant and delightful person full of personality. I would 100% suggest BBV to any person any age. The price was extremely reasonable for the area. My daughter came out looking great she was so happy with the job Emily did. Thanks you Emily and BBV staff you guys did an AMAZING JOB

I visited BBV salon for the first time and I was completely impressed. I have been going to hair salons for over 20 years and have never received this level of service and care. Upon entering I was offered a beverage and provided with a tour of the salon. I received constant attention and care throughout the appointment. I was going back from my natural grey to highlights and color. Veronica did an absolutely perfect job on my hair. Exactly the color I was looking for and even styled my hair the way I wanted it. I received a welcome gift for being a new client and a thank you card in the mail thanking me for coming in. This salon is in a class of its own and I will continue to be a client. I drive about an hour each way to get to BBV and it is well worth the travel time. Veronica, you have a beautiful salon and provide a wonderful experience. Thank you!
