These guys were crazy busy over the Labor Day weekend when we were in dire straits with a disabled vehicle in Kayenta. We needed it towed to Flagstaff and had to get ourselves there, too.

After a day-long battle with the insurance company and even more mid-tow, our car and we were finally in Flagstaff.

B&C figured out a way to make this all happen with some tough negotiations with the insurance company and some creative thinking on their part.

Absolutely the BEST team! My family (including 5 kids) and I were stranded in the middle of nowhere, when it was over 100°, no thanks to our rental car company.

Dwayne went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our rental company cancelled our tow truck twice before Dwayne got ahold of our situation and he fought for us. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. He made sure we knew he and his team were going to make sure we were going to get home!

We were stranded for 42 hours on a holiday. I truly believe we would have been there for several more days had it not been for the BC Garage team. They drove all the way to Albuquerque to pick up our replacement vehicle so we could get home.

I wish we had been able to meet Dwayne so I could have hugged him.
I can not stress enough how amazing he and the team was.

I had an accident in many farms I rolled my Tahoe, I was taken into an ambulance and they towed my Tahoe. I had brand new rims and tires on there and 3 of them were still in great condition. All I tried to get back were the rims and tires but the wouldn't do it. Now Ive passed by and saw all my tires were gone. 3 great tires, brand new tread and black rims. Gone.

I came in with a gas smell. They were able to locate the leak and replace the part I needed. Professional service and friendly people.

I get prices on everything is going up, but the charges these people are doing are insane. No wonder their lot is full. No one wants to pay that much it's ridiculous.
