Behmer Roofing is an outstanding company. I evaluated quotes and proposals from four companies and awarded the work (residential roof) to Behmer. Their attention to detail and communication along every phase of the project was impressive. I appreciated their ethical approach to doing business, which included reminding me of the importance of obtaining approval (a formality) from
our HOA to do the work, as well as confirming within our CCRs acceptable start/stop times to be on-site. I can’t thank Jeff and Linda enough for guiding me through the project. Their explanations of the process won me over. I would recommend Behmer Roofing to anyone.

From the first contact, via an actual (and accurate) quote I received in the mail, the process was smooth, friendly and fast!
The price was significantly less than my neighbors have been paying so we moved ahead with the replacement of our tile roof underpayment.
At least 5 of us in this neighborhood had Behmer complete the work on our roofs.
There was no nickel and dime-ing upon completion, pricing held.
The crew was very cordial and professional. They are employees and not subcontractors.

Linda and Jeff are amazing. Linda got me scheduled immediately. They had a proposal to me within an hour after looking at my property. Their prices are very fair and lower than other company's I have looked at. Jeff didn’t hesitate to answer any questions, and was very kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

The whole staff was friendly, competent, accommodating, and professional. Also, they were craftsman. It's hard to find folks who take pride in their craftsmanship.

We had an extremely positive experience with Behmer who replaced our existing tile roof with new concrete tile. We had received quotes from several roofing contractors and Behmer was the roofing contractor we felt most comfortable with given their experience, professionalism, responsiveness and customer focus. After selecting Behmer they did not disappoint; they only reinforced our decision to have them replace our tile roof.

Prior to executing the roof project they worked with us by providing sample concrete tiles and tile information for our HOA approval which was significant since our home was the first in our development to have a tile roof fully replaced. They also work well with us in scheduling our roof replacement as we had a very tight scheduling window to complete the project.

They did an outstanding job with the roof replacement itself. There was great communication on what to expect before and during the project. Their crews were very hardworking and accommodating and they made sure they cleaned up after the project not only at our home but our neighbors as well. The roof looks great and I would recommend Behmer for anyone's roofing needs.

Excellent experience with this company. They removed my old shake roof and installed a new asphalt tile roof. They completed the job on time and cleaned up after themselves at the end of everyday. I would highly recommend using this company.

Workers were courteous, not loud, on time, and cleaned up nicely every day. Job came in on time and not a penny more than the estimate. Would recommend.

Behmer was wonderful to work with. It was great to have a contact like Linda whom I could always depend on to answer my questions, The bid was fair, the workers were efficient and very nice and always cleaned the area every day. It was also great that their trash bin lifted up to the level of our roof so there was very little debris on the ground compared to many of our neighbors. I highly recommend them.
