Technician (Manny) called ahead and noted he could come over a few minutes early and I said sure. He arrived shortly thereafter and got right to work checking out our 2 A/C units. During his last visit in the fall he noted a potential problem with a TCV valve on one of the units and rechecked it during the warmer weather. He made some adjustments and gave me options one how to address the issue, one of which was to just keep an eye on the system, which I chose. I like the fact that the Bell techs just give you the facts and options and dont try to upsell you to replace the units just because of their age. I told Manny that I respected his honesty. All services were completed in about an hour. Will definitely call Bell for the fall checkup - or before, if problems arise.

Manuel and Hunter were very professional, worked quickly removing old unit and installing new unit, cleaned the work area when complete, tested unit and explained how to use the thermostat. I highly recommend Bell Air Conditioning. Thank you!

On Wed. Aug. 22 Bell Air conditioning serviced our ac unit. The service man did not have any cards. I do not remember his name. He was very proficient and cleaned the unit and checked it completely. He was very courteous and answered all questions. He is a definite asset to the company.

This company is fantastic. We had an issue on a Sunday afternoon. Jeff came within 1 hour. He was very informative. He went right to work and gave us our options. Thankfully it was not the worse case scenario. Jeff swept up the small amount of debris and make us very happy and comfortable with his service. Jeff came out to do the annual maintenance on the unit. He did what he said he was going to do. Did it efficiently and took all the time needed to answer my questions. Can't ask for anything more. I've always had a good experience with Bell Air.

Great company - I called them on a Friday night around 6 PM requesting service and they showed up the following morning at around 8 AM. Our technician who came out today, (Adam), was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely refer this company to anyone.

Called Bell in the late afternoon and to my surprise, they told me they could have a technician out to repair my AC within a few hours. Adam, the technician, was very professional and had the unit up and running in no time.

Our air conditioner went out at 7: 30 pm, I called Bell Air and they had a technician at my house before 8: 00 pm. He was very professional and fixed my air conditioner in about a half an hour. I have used this company in the past and have not been disappointed in the service I received. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC repair/service you may need.

I was very pleased with the work performed. Chris the technician arrived as scheduled and quickly identified the issue with my heat pump. He also mentioned another issue that was on the horizon but there was no pressure to have it fixed. He said it might last another 6 months or a year but it is failing. I had both identified problems fixed and it runs fine now. Chris was professional and very informative and answered all of my questions.
