Apparently the owner/manager runs this place. And apparently he knows how much $ I have to be able to spend on a car wash. Tried to upsale when I'm ON A BUDGET. Told me surely I can spend the extra $4 on the wash. EVERY penny is accounted for and designated where I can. MAYBE you should go back to being a $3 car wash. So then MAYBE people CAN spend. Almost cost me my court appt because he wanted to argue whether i could afford it or not! You trying to tell me how much $ I have, and what I CAN afford, REEKS of chauvinism! I WONT be back after today! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Even a $5 car wash cost!

I recently took my car in to have my seats cleaned, they also cleaned the entire inside. They did an alright job cleaning the inside and the seats ended up like this after drying, it’s a little disappointing for what I paid.

These guys always do great, even on the $5 wash- always happy leaving here. They'll put the work in before it goes through the actual wash and dry after- good people, good prices, great quality.

No integrity. You have a problem here.it's YOUR problem!

They ended up paying waaay more in the long run but they would do nothing to help me actually fix the problem that they created

Had a friends dog in my car for an hour and decided to have the “professionals” clean it out. I already had low expectations for a $20 interior/exterior wash but wanted to go someplace nearby. I pulled up and a guy asked if I wanted gas, car wash or both. No uniform. No name tag. Just 2 guys sitting in folding chairs next to the gas pump. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they actually worked there. Mine was the only car there so it’s not like the place was super busy. There were 3 people working on my car after it came out of the wash and I am still dumbfounded as to how they missed so much. I cleaned off the door myself at home with a baby wipe. I’m pretty sure the array of cleaning products they have would’ve done the same has they taken the time. Again, $20 wash so wasn’t expecting much but come on guys, do better. The only positive thing in the whole transaction was the cashier inside. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he was very friendly.
Next time I’ll drive a little farther to my usual car wash for what I know will be a better cleaning.

They was trying to take advantage of me, and that we got in to the conflict while my car was in a shop for oil change. And how soon I left my AC Stop working! I'm sure they did something to it. But mananger was rude and didn't wanna even talk to me he j st walk away.

I signed up for the unlimited car wash plan thinking it would be a good idea. I don't use it enough and my car doesn't look any better than when I run it through a $7 wash so the $40 isn't worth it. I tried canceling last month and the girl working the cash register said she would take care of it. I was still charged this month even though I'm not using it. I tried calling and resolving the issue politely, just to not continue charging me and apparently I have to fill out a form in person, wouldn't let me cancel over the phone or email.

Have to say the most horrible customer service I have ever had. The 100.00 car was h and wax was not done to my satisfaction. Didn't notice everything till I got home and my husband pointed things out. The inside had overspray everywhere. The back hatch area was never vacuumed or wiped down. Also floor mats were never wiped down nor the wheels or running boards. My husband had to come down and try to show luis all the areas that were missed. He kept saying that it was a fine job for a $100. All that was asked was to finish a job that was paid for. As a so called manager, customer service is the number one thing that should be looked at. Anyways, I'm advising everyone to diffinatly stay away from this business. The owner should really look into his management choices because this one is diffinatly loosing the long term business.

Had a brake fluid leak, they got me right in. Found a brake cylinder that was leaking, were able to get the part for my 35-year-old van. Fixed some other mechanical issues and did it for a very reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend this friendly and competent place!

Went for a wash and detailing and scratch removal. They scratched my quarter window with whatever they use to write on the windows to mark what services you choose. They also put the soaking wet mats back in my car rolled up behind the passenger seat.

After scrapping the side of my truck on my bushes I had mild scratches down the whole side. I took it over to Bell Auto Spa and decided to get a full detailing. Luis took good care of me, was courteous, and him and his guys did a fantastic job. My truck looks like new. The scratches were gone! Would highly recommend their services.

Luis is awesome - always can count on him for a job well done. Got my seats shampooed and car wash/vacuum service and you would think my car is brand new!

1/22/2023 was my visit and the last time I’ll ever come here again. Clearly they only care about selling you stuff that they DON’T end up doing and just try to take advantage. The guy kept trying to tell me that for cleaning my floor mats it was going to be an additional charge of $15 and it I wanted my door wiped it was an additional $10. Literally never heard of this, ever. I was going to walk out and just go somewhere else and then he mentioned he would go ahead and do it “this one time”. Yeah, no that didn’t happen, the car was still dirty from the inside and barely even wiped down.

Just DON’t come here, avoid this place- go somewhere else. The $25 for the “basic” car wash is literally just to wash your car from the outside and a poor excuse of interior vacuuming and cleaning.

Took my car in to replace two studs on rear tire and oil change the guys in the shop were great! Fixed up everything fast and at a great price! Wash was free I will be back and do recommend them! Thanks!

The car wash was excellent.however the salesperson said if I got an oil change I'd get a free car wash. After agreeing to deal I got charged $10 for wash. When I asked him he replied " no it was $10 off a vip remember? "

I have been coming here for a few years now to get an oil change and my vehicle cleaned. Every time I am here they do an amazing job taking care of my vehicle! I will continue to come back. In particular the gentleman that does the oil change he is really the main reason why I continue to do business here and is always so great and personal. Thank you again!
